Typically, I purchased a bag of coffee when I try out a new coffee café. This time I decided to gift it because the staff was so rude. I asked for more liquid sugar and my tea. She looked at me like I asked her for her right arm Port as little as possible into my cup close the lid and walked away didn’t ask me if it was enough, didn’t say you’re welcome when I said thank you just turned around and walked away. The cookie I purchased was a chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. I did not taste a lick of chocolate in the cookie and my friend got a brown sugar cookie that just taste like sweetened baked flour. Aside from the poor service the food wasn’t good either. I don’t see a point in Ever returning. Would’ve considered returning at the customer service bin Good but it was worse than the taste of the beverage and cookie that I purchased.

Really great coffee, the sweet corn latte was delicious- highly recommend if you’re looking for great local coffee. The shop itself is a bit small/could be a bit nicer but overall really great quality and experience.

Absolutely worst attitudes from baristas. I’ve given this coffee shop two chances at different locations, and both times my husband and I left with a bad vibe. The baristas come across as condescending and unwelcoming, especially when I order a pour over. If it’s such a burden to make, then maybe don’t put it on the menu. On top of that, I even reached out to the business privately to share my concerns before posting publicly, but they didn’t seem to care. If you’re looking for a place to ruin your mood rather than enjoy your coffee, this is it.

Barista was very focused on the job of pulling good shots and crafting excellent espresso drinks. Excellent cortado with smoky undertones. Will definitely return on my next Portland visit.
Never seen or tasted anything like the tower coffee shot. Takes 24hrs to percolate. So strong it almost tastes like booze. Incredible.

Came in here at the very start of summer (June 12ish) for a post high school graduation girls trip from boston to get my iced chai fix and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Had a great chat with the two baristas about the history of the cafe. The two baristas Rachel and Rob were simply the sweetest and silliest duo. Came in a second time on my three day trip just for another chai and their names cause it was all so lovely! Thanks again to Rob and Rachel for a comforting conversation in a new city!
