Over the past year I have been in Portland and this is my home town. The morning crew especially Kat and Lilly rock it. It’s a busy place they are dealing with tourists, folks off the street and business people. They do it all with kindness and professionalism. This is a great Starbucks. I go out of my way to come here. They remember the coffee order and are so motivated. Caleb is also great. He gets overshadowed by the star power of Kat. Hard for him but he is a pro....

Coming from out of state, I am basing this review compared to local Starbucks. Starting with the baristas, the staff is great. I have no issues with service.
The drinks we had, the blackberry sage lemonade is horribly sweet. I couldn't drink it as it was so sweet. I ended up borrowing some of my spouse's unsweetened ice tea to make it drinkable. Otherwise, it was a waste of $5.
