I ordered a hot chocolate. The cup had a lid on it. The minute I brought the cup to my lips I could smell that it was coffee. I took a taste of it and although I am not a coffee drinker I could taste that it was black coffee. I took it back and told them I ordered hot chocolate but that I had gotten coffee. The girl behind the counter took the lid off. She was pouring it into the sink. I could see that it was very dark and very fluid. Much more than hot chocolate ever would be. And she said," that was definitely hot. Chocolate." Told her not to bother making me anything else and I left. I drink Hot chocolate every single day of my life. I know what it looks like, how it tastes and how it smells. What happened to," oh I'm sorry. Let me remake that for you."

Even though my food came out significantly later than others behind me in line and having to check in with the order, it’s what I was expecting. The staff were very friendly and did a great job keeping up despite how busy it was. My gingerbread chai was rang up incorrectly (chai sub gingerbread; aka steamed milk, water, gingerbread syrup) but it was still delicious since it was the gingerbread I was craving. Always use my stars at airport locations to accommodate for higher prices.

There was a line so I ordered through the mobile app. My order came out later than those in line. I'm assuming there are some hiccups with the mobile system. Order from the regular line.

I’m generally a big fan of this location. It’s a Starbucks at the airport, so the prices are significantly higher than non-airport stores. Just be prepared for some sticker shock. Still, the employees are almost always really friendly (a big plus at the pre-dawn hours when I’m usually here), the service is always extremely fast for how busy it is, and I’ve never had any complaints with the food or drinks. It’s by far the best food / drink option at an airport that desperately needs more selection. Keep up the good work, PWM Starbucks!

Neither drink was made correctly and they were rude about it. I also ordered an iced london fog and they told me that wasn’t possible after I received the drink. Dookie dookie dookie

Wow I ordered an iced blonde latte and the young server gave me a hot latte. I said it was supposed to be iced and she told me it wasn’t on the order. So I told her that is what I ordered. She very rudely said ok ok I’ll make you an iced one. What happened to politeness?

They clearly don't know how to make a simple drink. We asked for a vanilla sweat cream coldbrew with extra cold foam. All they did was put two pumps of sweetener and cold foam over coldbrew. When it clearly calls for more then just that. Then you try to get it fix and tell you that you're wrong. You are better off getting something better somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

One of the employees; Kaylee told us there was no more of the topping my brother wanted on his caramel ribbon crunch frappe, he said he no longer wanted it and she got upset then said “well you payed for it anyways and i made it so take it or don’t.” She didn’t offer a refund or alternate solutions such as a different drink of the same value and instead got mad at my little brother.

Simple order, just a latte with a flavoring. It was made wrong - made with oat milk. I asked how I should order it in the future to get a standard latte. She said that since there is a drink special with that flavoring going on now that uses oat milk that I should have known it would be that way and that I should have specified that I didn't want the drink special. I asked if it was a different flavoring, if I would need to specify as well. She said I could leave. After she got annoyed with me she said they could remake the drink (the first time that was offered) or leave, but I don't think I want a drink made after she was mad at me.

stopped in while waiting for my flight. service was quick and friendly, coffee was hot! food in the display case was presented well, so I treated myself to a cake pop. overall A+ experience!
