The manager Gerusa creates a warm inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome! Her staff is amazing because she trains and supports them daily! I highly recommend this location for Starbucks!

A girl answered me, very friendly and said she was in training, but the guy with the blond beard and glasses had a terrible face, bad energy, he did things automatically and during the time I was in the store he was like that with everyone. customers, I didn't have a good experience in this store.

This Starbucks is my go to place. Tiffany and Teara head up an incredible morning team that is welcoming and efficient. Teara starts my drink once she sees my car coming. Tiffany meanwhile always has the place organized and spotless.Together they are creating a sense of community, not just a place to purchase something to eat and drink. I met and am now a part of the "Friday" group, so meaningful for someone who is new to the area.Come visit one morning. Getting out of your car, since they don't have a drive thru will be totally worth it.

I moved here from you don’t want to know where. I’ve been to many Starbucks around the country. And it’s not because I’m a fan, my gf is. She always orders mobile pick up. Not only has this place been quick, it taste perfect every time. Almond milk is never burned. Employees are always attentive and asking if you need help if you’re standing there. They give out a bunch of samples. This is the first time I’ve found a Starbucks I don’t mind going to over and over again.

My mother took my daughter here to get a cake pop while there a boy (i say boy because a man wouldn’t act this way) decided he was going to use the F word in front of my 10 year old out loud and the lack of discipline on the management end is sad. We will never spend are money with this company again it’s pathetic, it’s like a playground for kids that work there !
I live just down the street and used to work in the Plaza. I got to know the lovely Batista's here very well, and the ones that have stayed still known me. It's nice to have a place to go where I'm recognized and can feel comfortable trying new things. Sometimes if I don't know what to get, I ask the barista what their favourite thing to make themselves is. It's usually something a little different from a menu item and they know the ingredients well so they know how to make them work together. If you're ever unsure about something definitely ask, they're always happy to help.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, the other day I was the only person in there that didn't have a little one with them. Everyone is very sweet and patient with the young ones and talk to them just like they would any other paying customer.
