This store is exceptional! It is clean and seems to run very efficiently! Staff is super friendly! Even when there is a mistake, they are quick to fix it and very gracious! I look forward to seeing them on my commute regularly! Great people!!!

I was at this location earlier. As soon as I walked in I got nasty dirty looks! Staring at me and totally ignoring me! So finally this girl walked up and asked if she could help me. I immediately asked for the Manager in charge. This other girl walked out I told her what I had just experienced. She was apologetic and nice and bought my breakfast. That was very nice of her. I could have paid for it myself but she insisted. Kindness goes a long way we all need to be more Courteous and Respectful of others!

A very unpleasant Starbucks . After entering without any greeting I was ignored while I stood there for a few minutes until finally I was asked in an unpleasant way if I wanted to order something. After paying there was no thank you have a nice evening.. terrible customer service! Won’t go back here.

Even when you're just picking up a mobile order, someone always tries to say hello, and it really goes the extra mile! Walked in places and then the manager and team decided to take break together laughing. Five passes another customer entered orders receiving the ice coffee and leave before my was even started. When asked why I was skipped was even attitude and the barista put a cup under the Cappuccino machine and walked away another 60 seconds pass and I then asked for a refund and I have to also ask for the tip that they didn’t deserve and I got attitude from the manager; save your money. There’s several other locations very close by go elsewhere.!
They won’t remake a drink, with a smile on their face :)

Absolutely terrible. A girl with purple hair was aggressively rude and she also gave me the wrong size and overcharged me. She was talking to me with such disrespect that it was embarrassing. After asking what all of the eyerolls and disrespect was for I got a bland answer and was laughed at. All of the employees were standing watching and also laughed. Then I was told to “just leave”. I just wanted a venti drink and instead got the smallest size and was still charged for the venti. I have no disrespect towards her whatsoever and she was mad about not giving a tip. Even though I told her that I would give her a cash tip instead. Worst customer service I have ever had. I am not going to be going back to this Starbucks again. Terrible, terrible. If you see the purple haired girl in there just know you should run. That’s it. I’m shocked and cannot even believe how rude she was. -100000/10

It’s a fairly standard Starbucks - okay coffee and better-than-average food that is slightly overpriced. The service was very kind and friendly, which is not something that every Starbucks excels at, but this one was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a nice enough place, with 8 or 9 small tables, to hunker down at with wifi for you to get work done while waiting for your departing flight at the nearby airport.
