Barista at the drive thru was super kind and made my order for me despite my ordering from the wrong location on my app. This kind of customer service is what Starbucks should be about. 10/10, would return.

Garage Matters

Worst StarBucks experience ever!!! This is a tall hot white chocolate mocha??? I don’t usually post negative reviews but this was the second one served to me like this and I don’t believe that store cares. If this is what you’re going to serve me then I’d rather write this negative review and take my money where the employees care about the product they serve their customers.

Really don’t care about customer service giving me the standard cookie cuter response for a negative review!

Really disappointed with Starbucks and the changes. It used to be a place to go and chill and watch people. Very cold and unwelcoming. Can't even fix your coffee like you want anymore ?. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

They were SO kind. I felt embarrassed because I don’t know the Starbucks menu. I am converting from DD and they let me sample flavors and took their time educating me on the menu. Thank you Mae! And the other employee was super helpful just started my day right! Not used to such kindness! Starbucks fan, for life.

I'm very disappointed in this new Starbucks. I went to it the other day in the drive through and I asked for a Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. When I was leaving I noticed there was no whip cream on it. I brought back in the store I told the worker this isn't what ordered. He said oh we are out of whip cream. I told him politely that you should let the person at the drive through window there isn't any. Just now I went to the drive through I asked if there was whip cream he said no he hasn't had time to make any. I didn't know they made their own. I'm just not going to it anymore. They also don't have decaf coffee in hot or ice coffee. Not satisfied.

I Will never go to this Starbucks again.
I contacted the district manager over this matter.
The employee who told me she would not remake a drink that I paid for , for my daughter and brought to her well she was at work ,
My daughter said it was made incorrectly she didn't drink it,she wanted a remake, we gave to the employee to remake, she said she would remake it then through it out and said we can buy a new one, she said it looked old. Then told me to leave, why would you take what I paid for and throw it away.

This Starbucks is really good at making the foo foo drinks, but they don’t know how to make a regular cup of coffee. I sat around and watched it as all the servers members walk past it and then when they finally realize it, thank you wife I had to tell him again what needed to be put in it then I got a nice cool cuppa coffee. I might be signing like a Karen but when your job is to make coffee, you should know how to make a damn cuppa coffee.

I gave this location 6 weeks to improve before reaching out but they continue to disappoint. Damian Waugh (RD) does not care and the DM has never responded either. It’s an embarrassment to the company but no one seems to care. I have audio recordings of the rude manager on the DT speaker and I’ve logged 6 consecutive weeks when they were out of the WB coffee I order. They are surrounded by amazing stores that are run by incredible managers. This one location is horrific but Damian the regional director has done nothing to improve it or respond to complaints.
