This location is a joke. If I take the time to order ahead and choose a pickup time, my food should be ready—no excuses. Instead, I’m left waiting while the staff scrambles around cluelessly. Why is icing sitting in a random bucket instead of the machine? That’s disgusting and unsanitary. It’s clear there’s no proper management here. The staff can’t follow basic instructions and act like they’ve never dealt with a customer before. Absolute waste of time

Really disappointed with this visit. I pre-ordered my food and still had to wait almost 30 minutes when I got there. The staff wasn’t friendly at all—no greeting, no explanation, just attitude. The place wasn’t the worst I’ve seen, but it definitely didn’t feel clean. There were a few flies around and the counter looked like it needed wiping down. It’s frustrating to wait that long for food I ordered ahead of time, especially in a place that doesn’t make you feel welcome. Definitely not going back unless things improve.

Every time I order for pickup I wait the 15 mins the app tells me but when I come to get my order it’s not ready and I have to wait another 20 mins for a 6 in. I came in once early and waited the 15 mins in person and they printed out the receipt and did nothing until I came up after the 15 and they did 3 online orders before mine making me wait 45 mins for a sandwich. Ridiculous

All I'm going to say is watch them when they're ringing you up . I had a coupon for 3 footlongs ( $19.99 ) . I asked for extra meat for 1 on the side . Somehow , when I went to pay the bill was $48 , and change .

This subway was decently clean, though no bathroom, and the atmosphere was questionable, but it’s Subway, what do you expect? Though this was all made up for by my amazing server Mike, he made the best sandwich i’ve ever had, and was a perfect example of what a subway employee should be. Mike needs a raise, paid time off, and some pretty lady’s for his service to this subway. 10/10 for Mike alone.

The sandwiches were great and our sandwich artist Mike was super helpful. He even went out of his way to help us split our payment and get connected to the wifi so we could work on homework.
Vegetarian options: You pick what's on the sandwich, you can just decide not to put meat on it.
Food was very good as Subway always is, staff was very kind and asked us if we were enjoying our food well after we ordered. Does well to support the busy enviornment of downtown Portland.

I eat chicken salad wrapped sandwich and it was so delicious I recommend it go to subway congress street and meet Mike he is so gentle and very friendly you will enjoy the service I give it a 20/10

I’ve noticed the portions have been getting smaller and smaller at this location (it seems I have to beg for an item to be in maybe half of each bite) but today’s “All American Club” is laughable. Seriously? Although it’s marked on my order slip, there’s no bacon, no cheese one very thin slice of ham and turkey, and a sprinkling of veggies. Shame on you.
