Every.Single.Time I order from this Taco Bell, they mess up at least one item and/or at least one item is missing!!!! I love Taco Bell and I order often but there’s always something wrong with my order! I’m going to stop ordering from them. They’ve lost a loyal customer! I can’t even enjoy warm food because I have to open everything to see what’s missing and take pictures for whichever delivery app I used, to show missing items so by the time I’m able to eat the food that isn’t even what I ordered, it’s ice cold. The service there has been this way for many months on end. What is going on Taco Bell??!!?!? Why can’t you get your act together and teach your employees how to do their job, or replace them with people who will do it correctly! The only positive I have is that they are the fastest around when it comes to getting food, but come on, step it up Taco Bell!

Very bad service
Ordering from this ai machine is harder than I thought. It gets it, but it doesn’t hear the right items I’m saying so I kept having to correct it to remove the item and add new ones. I actually just gave up and came home with like three things I didn’t want it just wouldn’t listen. The tacos were the least filled I have had at a Taco Bell around here. Sounds crazy but the one in Windham has better human service and the food is a little bit more carefully prepared.

The manager of this location can’t train people to get orders correct. It’s on the manager to get the orders out the door. I have issues 50% of the time with this location. The staff are kind but they are not trained. If I ever go there and they get my order correct, I may change my rating. The owner and manager of this location need to be shamed. Don’t blame it on your employees. It is 100% the fault of the owner and manager.

I ordered a taco and a decades luxe box with some chips and guac. I’ve never seen such a sad blob of guac in a 2 oz sauce container in my entire life. It’s like you gave me the concept of guacamole to dip my chips into. also, only got 3 tacos and no crunchwrap and I was studying really late. Not to mention i’ve been to this location before too and entirely messed up my order too with my friends, didn’t even communicate if there was more food on the way. we lost half our order that day and I got plain mountain dew which isn’t what I ordered. Usually i’m not up in anyone’s job as I too work a fast food job but yall screwed me over in ways I couldn’t even fathom you not getting a slap on the wrist for.

Worst taco bell in the country sat at the drive thru for 10 min wirh full staff inside no answer at all. Whoever the the manager is should be take a class in how to run a drive thru.

Awful. Excruciatingly long wait times (especially for Uber and door dash drivers), and they still somehow managed to ruin a single item order. I think being this terrible at food service actually takes some real effort, because they must have to actively try to be this bad. Even with no effort they could still manage to accidentally get some things right, so I can't make sense of how awful this place is in every aspect of food service. Is there some kind of competition I'm unaware of? Oh and that entire restaurant was filthy. The fact that the filth could almost be forgotten entirely is a testament to just how bad it really is.
Standard Taco Bell. Very nice people working there, obviously if you go there when it's more busy you're going to wait longer. Never had a problem with any of the food. I would give it five stars but just have had too many chaotic moments there. Sometimes the card reader is broken, sometimes you go in and no one will take your order and I can never find the crunchwrap supreme on the little robot that you order from. I would never not go here.

I went through the drive thru for my daughter. It appears it’s not a live person taking it anymore or maybe just at the hour I went (around 8 pm) I don’t know for sure. I spoke clearly and it got every thing right. It was fast and convenient. The staff at the window were polite and courteous.
