I went through the drive thru for my daughter. It appears it’s not a live person taking it anymore or maybe just at the hour I went (around 8 pm) I don’t know for sure. I spoke clearly and it got every thing right. It was fast and convenient. The staff at the window were polite and courteous.
Contrary to a lot of the reviews, I had an amazing experience with this Taco Bell tonight. Easily the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. I did a mobile order and everything was correct, fresh, and hot. The nacho fries were especially good - crispy and delicious rather than the floppy ones I get from other Taco Bell’s. I got in and out of the drive thru in probably less than a minute. The employee at the window was very kind.
I love these people. Taco Bell is decent food and yes this place is a corporate resturaunt but its the people. I love the people at this Taco Bell. Friendly, funny, and good people. I eat here anytime I can and I miss the people there often.
