Fantastic. Glad I tried it! I 100% recommend the scramble.

My first visit to a Friendly Toast was … not good. The decor and the person who greeted me reminded me of a TGI Friday’s from the 1980s.

I ordered a classic breakfast with eggs, sausage, home fries and toast, with coffee. I received the meal in less than five minutes. The home fries were cold and not crispy. The sourdough toast was small and burned. I asked the waitress to replace the meal. When I got it back literally fifteen minutes later, the home fries were the same. The toast was larger but not warm or crispy.

It was as if the kitchen didn’t even understand why they were redoing the meal!

When the waitress followed up and I told her about the home fries, she told me she’d get the manager. After waiting for the manager I just gave up. At least I was comped the eggs and sausage.

I’m not going back, and neither should you.

This place has gone downhill. Smaller portions of lower quality food. Long waits, less cleanliness. Should have made breakfast at home.

Great food and great service. Whether you're in the mood for some great breakfast options, or their incredibly awesome Bloody Mary, which they call the Hot Maria, you won't be disappointed. This is my daughter-in-law's favorite breakfast spot and I'm glad she introduced it to us.

I love this Friendly Toast location! It’s one of the bigger ones I’ve been too. The avocado toast and home fries were excellent. Sam was a great server! We went early so no wait!

This is the second Toast we have visited and have not been disappointed.
The food is great along with the staff.
During tourist season call ahead or be prepared to wait 25-40 minutes to be seated.
Unlike Portsmouth NH they do offer limited out door seating.

First time . Great time . From the minute we walked in we had a wonderful experience. Seated quickly . Person was friendly . Andrew took our drink order within a minute . Great menu . Alot of unique choices with every day stuff . I had the Monte Madame . Easily the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time . My wife had the avocado toast , loved it . We also had the tots . Really good . Food came out fast and service , atmosphere and vibe were all terrific. Server said they were short staffed but I would have never guessed . We will be going back to try other options . Give this place a try . 10 out of 10.

Stopped by for breakfast, had Meg’s american burrito, which was very good, the potatoes were also great. The service was fast. I’d recommend trying this place out.
