We were there at the Regency for a 2 day conference and this was very convenient for us with a short lunch break. The food came fast and was very good. It was a beautiful day and very pleasant. The noise level was what I expected for a summer day in the Old Port with the background music blocking most noise.

We get together once or twice a month here for lunch. It's our go to place. And I always bring company here.

I booked the Tea Party at the Regency with Stephan. I was given a coloring menu earlier in the month while visiting a friend, her daughter and baby at the outdoor cafe. I asked the bartender about the Tea Party and then she had Stephan explain it to me. I We arrived 7/26/25 at 2:00. Our party consisted of 4 adults, 4 children and a baby. I was greeted by Stephan and the server. They had our table ready with pretty tea cups and napkins. The families arrived dressed all pretty for a tea party. We ordered tea, champagne and lady bug coffee for children. We ordered the tiers of food and the adults and children had a fine time drinking tea and tasting tea sandwiches. The food was great. The children were served lobster shaped watermelon. The best ! The whole experience was spectacular Thank you to all We learned about manners, etiquette and drinking and eating like a young lady. One little thing you might change on the menu When looking at the Champagne bottles pricing It was a bit confusing on the amount and the pricing. Thank you all a lovely experience for ladies and young ladies to share. Regards, Kathy

The garlic and ginger, tofu dish was delicious, but a little surprising that there wasn't rice or some carb that goes with it. The ceasar salad was delicious. The scallops dish was very tasty, but expensive, more than $40 for only four scallops.

Wait staff was so helpful and friendly. Salmon was wonderful. The menu has improved since the last few times we were there but you could offer a bigger choice of wines.

Beautiful evening for outdoor wedding anniversary meal at the Regency Garden Cafe. The server was very attentive and offered us complimentary desert for our anniversary. Second time we celebrated our anniversary at this location and would do it again

Truly, outstanding and quaint little place we had just flown up from Atlanta and the temperature change was a little more than I was dressed for the waitress, walked into the hotel, grabbed a blanket from housekeeping, and came back and wrapped it around me! Truly, outstanding service food was good. Wine list was a little bit light.

Charming outdoor restaurant in a garden setting in the heart of the Old Port, but away from it all. Love this special place

Nothing fancy, but I highly recommend this little gem for anyone who enjoys a pleasant outdoor space with casual food, ample drinks, and friendly service whenever the weather allows.

Such a great spot if you want to eat outside, service was excellent! Drink at happy hour was very good and you have to try the burrata!

Our reserved table was the best in the restaurant. Service was excellent & pleasant. Food was good. We were there through a Travelzoo deal and we were not charged for any extras.

Heavy crockery, preheated, kept both the sandwich & soup nice and warm. The carrot-ginger soup was outstanding. The half sandwiches (Reuben, chicken) were delicious, albeit diminutive. Our server was very pleasant. The meal seemed to take a long time to come to the table, and since there were but two tables occupied in the restaurant, I suspect the burden lies on the kitchen and not on the server.

I'm not much of a breakfast eater so mine consisted of a sesame bagel with cream cheese. Plenty of cream cheese and the bagel was well toasted which I like. My partner had eggs with toast and potatoes. He was very happy. We will be going back there again.

I definitely rate our dining experience as an A+. Our food was excellent, the service was wonderful with very helpful suggestions, and the ambiance was very tasteful and relaxing. We will definitely return there soon, and I recommend it highly.

We were staying at the lovely regency hotel for an anniversary. This lovely brunch spot did not disappoint! Overlooking the street but with a quiet and elegant interior, it afforded the ability to people watch a little bit carry on a quiet conversation. I had the salmon plate, with smoked lox, bagel, capers and assortment of pickled items capers, pickles, and onions and a crisp sliced tomato. My husband had eggs over easy with corned beef hash, which he raved about. We had pots of earl grey tea, which remained nice and hot for the duration of our meal. Our server was excellent, offering recommendations and keeping our water glasses full (needed after the late night enjoying restaurant week in Portland) 5 stars. Will absolutely eat here when we stay here again!
