The Great American Bagel

Bagel is dry, flavorless, and the “toasted” bagel was cold. Staff is horrifically rude, consistently snapping at customers. Go to the Starbucks nearby instead.

Portland Jetport location. Of i could give 0 Stars, i would. Waited almost 20 mins for 2 Bagel sandwiches per boarding, 4 people came behind us and left before we got our sandwiches. Understandable when slammed busy but it was actually pretty slow. Grabbed our food, and realized my milk was disgustingly warm.i took it back to be told, oh our fridge is not working, so.i asked why did you sell me milk that may be spoiled. She looked at me and straight faced says, it's warm not my fault. So I'm annoyed, go to little market and grab 2 cold milks. Jump.on our flight, start slamming my sandwich down and get to a point where I can't chew through the Bagel. I dig into it and big piece of.plastic is jammed in my sanwich.

Extremely poor service, rude and condescending. Do watch out for Marlow, he really knows how to ruin your day for simply trying to order a bagel. I made note, the kiosks seemed to be having some issues processing. I spoke with zero attitude or sense of dissatisfaction, in fact I was trying to help others in line….

VANIlA and Skyler were everythingggggggg amazing costumer service , so happy to serve me and my crew❤️. They need a raise or at least be recognized because even after me they were great to every costumer after me and I stayed in the terminal for 3 hours observing there hospitality.Oh and the food just as great as the service. Thank you amazing team.

The bagel was solid and the sandwich all in all was decent- hit the spot for what I needed.

Service takes a while due to high demand, but food is delicious. They do have a pre-order option, so I would highly recommend that if you want to make your flight on time.

Do not attempt to eat here - we waited for close to an hour for our food (2 sandwiches). They are severely understaffed with only 1 person working. Do not try to order at the counter - you must use the kiosk or you’ll never get your order taken. It was a terrible experience. This company needs to invest in 1-2 other workers for it to be the least bit efficient.

Truly awful. Staff refuse to serve unless you use the self-service, which doesn't work properly. You need to use two different systems if you want food *and* coffee. 'Toasted' bagel served cold with a side of hissing attitude from the "staff".

Terrible bagel. Bought two, they were not cheap either. They were ice cold, stale and flavorless, and had one huge blob of cream cheese in the middle that wasn’t spread out but was about 4x more than you can even eat on a bagel. We had to get napkins and knives to spread it out and scrape 3/4 off. We ended out throwing them out anyway. I should probably add that that coffee was actually pretty good.

Rudest employee. I understand there was a call out but the woman behind the counter was refusing to take orders and was being g extremely short with customers. Would have given 0 stars if I could
