I got 6 donuts and it came to $29. The claim if you do a half dozen you get one free but they make the cheapest donut free.
Donuts were tasty and we like how they have all different flavors. We got a blueberry lemon donut and a coconut donut. They also had a key lime flavored which we’ll have to try next time.
The BEST donuts I’ve ever had honestly. They had so many different unique flavors like blueberry and pomegranate. They were also vegan which was amazing and you couldn’t even tell. This is a must if you go to Maine! I wish they had a location where I lived, I’d go here all the time!
I've never had a potato donut before but it was highly recommended and I can now understand the hype. Not a crushing sweetness. And the novel flavors like key lime or cherry holy cannoli are cool.
Delicious donuts
Thank you Holy Donut for bestowing your deliciousness upon Portland, Maine
Love these donuts 🍩 definitely coming back, cashier was very welcoming.. even tho the line was out the door, service was quick.
A couple of locals recommended stopping into the holy donut and we personally thought that over $10 for two donuts that were very mediocre was definitely not worth it. We enjoyed one of the donuts better than the other because we could tell that one of the flavors we picked was older and it was just kind of dry and dense. I mentioned our discontent with one of the donuts to the lady we bought them from, and she didn't offer any solution. She basically just said oh yeah that flavor was made this morning and the other one was made a couple hours ago. So yeah, if you don't happen to catch these while they are super fresh they are just dry and dense. I think they would draw a lot more business if they didn't jip their customers by charging so much for a single donut too.
Amazing Friday snack - a canolli donut. Recommended.
First I’ll say there are some decent options for gluten free, but the pricing, yikes! $45 a dozen in crazy! Flavor not my cup of tea for traditional donuts. I just think there’s many better donuts out there. Congdons, Leavitts, The Cookie Jar are 3 of the best around! All way less and some 1/2 that price.
