Warm welcoming staff, happy regulars, creative events, top notch dedication to their draft list pouring from clean lines and glassware, passionate owners who are present and make food from scratch. A true Portland gem!

Wow! Our family randomly picked this spot for a quick lunch after seeing the lighthouse. The environment is so inviting and comfortable. The food was amazing - picture of my xl Chicago dog. My husband tried the Viking and my kids both cleaned their plates of hot dogs, ketchup and cheese. I tried the local cider (which was so good) and the white bubbly. Everything was perfect and the service was literally above & beyond! The waitress went out of her way to give both my little guys a MadiGras style necklace that made their day. We will be back! Thank you for such a memorable lunch!

I'm late posting this as it was well over a year ago but oh well. I had just moved here from out of state and discovered this seemingly amazing place with these creative hotdogs and bratwursts and gorgeous seating area outside. I was looking forward to becoming a regular and eventually trying everything on the menu and repeating my favoties. I came back about a month after that initial visit. I arrived at 7:25pm!!!! Their "closing" time was 8PM!!!!! The restaurant was open but no customers inside, only a few employees who told me they were closed. After some debate about their posted closing time and being open, I was denied service. There was raw hotdogs, bratwursts and onions on the grill being cooked. I assume for staff. I called the next day to complain to the owners. To my surprise they defended this stating their "smart" employees close early if business is slow. Ok. Let me get this straight, in the lifetime of a restaurant you are willing to miss out on potentially tens of thousands of dollars possibly more by turning away no telling how many people when it suits you??? Yes, that's very smart.

Came here for a few drinks on a Friday afternoon. The happy hour crowd hadn’t arrived yet. We ordered at the bar and sat in their gorgeous back area. Loved all the beautiful Ivy scaling the sides of the building. A very big open space. We tried some delicious local brews. Fun spot!

We had a work gathering here and it was absolutely fantastic!!! The atmosphere, service, food, and drink were second to none. Having been my first time visiting Portland, this was one of my favorite restaurants. What an honest, friendly, welcoming group of staff who truly go above and beyond! What a wonderful experience!! Thank you!

P.S. P.S.

Acadia kielbasa -dry, flavorless sausage served on cheap stale toasted (not buttered toasted as listed) hot dog roll, toppings bland- nearly $10.
