They lie about the prices on the online menu. Everything cost over twice as much and they never have giving me a fork or napkins even with messy food like a loaded fry won’t be coming back. Food was pretty good need more seasoning and heat

I got food poisoning here. So did husband since we were sharing all of the food. There are too many other places in town that are great to ever give this place another shot.

Stopped for lunch and had a great time. Traveled with family (including baby). Food was so delicious, cocktails great, and service was A+.

HOLY COW! I’m so sorry but I’m going back just to be served by Jordan. JORDANIOOOO!! That man made me feel like a celebrity. I’m so clueless when it comes to ordering and Jordan really cooked up a storm of beautiful recommendations for me and all with the brightest twinkle in his eyes. I thought maybe he was in love with me but when I looked around I saw he was giving the same intentional service to everyone around him. I’ve never had service so good that it makes me want to go back the next day. He didn’t even judge me when I dipped my mozzarella sticks into my modelo. Most people do. You just need to try it before you judge. That man needs a raise and a kiss on da cheek. Peace and love, see you tomorrow after I go to church chapel hours, you beautiful young man. I LOVE THE CANTEEN!!

A fantastic dive bar with great food and service. Shanna was great.
The dominator sandwich was incredibly tasty with a side of tots. We also had the jalapeno poppers which were super flavorful.

We literally stop here anytime we're in Portland. Unassuming, but with an excellent atmosphere, great beer selection ,and the food is amazing. The chicken sandwich and the chopped Caesar are our favorites!

Very cool little dive bar. Loved the atmosphere and the dirty wings were very good as well. We even tried their specialty fries with brussel sprouts, shaved steak and jalapeno; not sure how they came up with that combo but they were delicious!

Stumbled upon Tomaso's Canteen as I was exploring downtown Portland for the day. Decent dive bar with a large selection of COMBOs which I enjoy. Ordered ten dirty wings that were good with blue cheese and 2 El Guapo combos. Would stop by again if I ever was in town.

I only had chicken wings, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesian. They felt like they were cooked in the microwave, and the flavors were absolutely horrible.

This was the most insane experience I’ve ever had a bar. Walked in around noon and was immediately greeted by this guy and his wife who had been there for a little bit. These two people had the entire end of the bar laughing. At one point I thought we were part of some kind of comic skit. Nicole and Phil were some great folks. Accidentally went here too, greatest mistake we could have made. The bar is super and the staff is great. A must dive bar in Portland. It won’t disappoint.
