Had brunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic!! The atmosphere in the hotel is cute. It used to be the newspaper building, so they carried this theme through. They have vintage typewriters on the wall in the lobby, so cute. Our server, Anna, was so sweet and kind! Food was sooooooo good. I would highly recommend this place. First time in Portland and had a wonderful brunch at The Union Restaurant. We were pleasantly impressed by the wonderful atmosphere and hospitality. The decor is comfort with nods to their past, a typewriter and suitcase walls are such a delight.

My husband and I had a small elopement dinner in the Newsroom at the Union Restaurant and it was lovely! The food was delicious and Jaida was a pleasure to work with both in planning and throughout our dinner! The room was beautifully decorated and we were treated to a delicious blueberry pastry and creme brûlée.
