Stopped here for an iced coffee at a hot afternoon and were actually quite disappointed.It was $4 for for a cup of coffee with ice in it, and then we had to add our own milk and sweetener and everything. No options for any syrups or flavoring.How to add quite an amount often house in Splenda to make it okay.Definitely would not come again.

It is a beautiful place with an incredible view. I was on this beautiful island for only a week and every morning I had breakfast there because the sandwiches, the breads, and the coffees are delicious, warm and freshly made.

Fresh baked pastries and delicious coffee. They have a full breakfast as well. A local favourite.

Great little spot for breakfast (and lunch! — but we only did breakfast). The (bacon) egg and cheese sandwiches are well made and delicious. (I liked deviating from my usual NYC-style [B]EC on a roll by opting for [B]EC on a croissant.) If the line is long, there’s a grab-and-go warmer with premade sandwiches — but they’re pretty fast even with a crowd waiting. Great coffee too! Strong recommend. Would visit again!
