AC was out when we went for dinner. We went elsewhere, so I can offer no rating. Breakfast was very crowded and the steam tables were very picked over by the time we got down there. AC was still out. Staff seemed stressed.

A lot more than you would expect from a hotel restaurant. Good food, friendly service, and not overpriced.

This place is great for room service or eating in the restaurant. Friendly staff, friendly guests, and multiple comfortable places to sit and chill. I stay at the adjacent hotel 3+ times a year because of the food options, bar and location.

Service was good, got our order wrong but everything was nice. Fish and chips was especially good, Caesar salad so so.

We arrived in Portland at 8:30pm to check in before a very early flight. We wanted something nearby but still “Maine.” This restaurant was awesome! Even though it is in a hotel, the food and service were great and everyone got what they needed: lobster and appetizers for adults; chicken tenders and fries for the kids, cocktails for the adults…highlights were salmon with blueberry glaze, Brussels sprouts with balsamic, and lobster flatbread. Highly recommend especially if you want to have grown up food without kids going hungry. Service was fabulous too.

If you’re coming in from a flight and need a quick meal before you call it a night, this setting will cover what you need. The atmosphere has a strong hotel feel instead of a restaurant setting and everything was okay. We didn’t have any glaring issues or complaints but were left feeling we thought we were going out on a date and instead had a meal with a bunch of guest. The humus was really good while the Ruben was a tad greasy. The teriyaki chicken bowl lacked chicken and moisture, but was an enormous serving of rice. The staff was very nice and gave us a beer on the house for the tap having issues.

Wait service was excellent. Food was good. I’ll return. This wasn’t a place generally thought to go to as its part of a hotel but even if not staying there try it out.
