Patrick was so professional and aware I was in shock.Thanks for the fresh 🍟. You gave me pretty darn fresh fries, and then came over to my table because he decided they should be fresher. It was low key, but so considerate. I hope Mcdonald's in Windham reads this. Unlike Patrick's professionalism, that McDonalds for years couldn't give me anything but stale and cold no matter what I did. You are overqualified for your job, but it is nice that you are here.

Okay so first of all, I just left there about 5 mins ago and I placed an order through drive thru. I was almost IMMEDIATELY greeted with insane hostility and a rude attitude. I understand, it’s late, and people have bad days but I work in customer service myself and would never treat a customer that way. To top it off, my friends order looked as though it was quite literally dumped in the bag, (considering the several nuggets fallen out of the open container). Overall just felt very unnecessarily rude.

I don't know why but this Wendy's seems to be very slow to provide service...the wait time is horrible...really nice people though. I've been 3 times now and won't go back only because fast food shouldn't take 20 min....

Absolutely disappointed by the lack of service and quality of my visit. We waited a total of 45 minutes for an order that was placed well in advance for drive through pickup. We got an excuse of "we're short staffed" then proceeded to watch two employees stand around while we waited on our food. For "fast food" this place sure misses that mark. Once our food did come out to us the worker said nothing, no apologies, nothing but silent stares. To make matter worse, once I arrived home and opened up the food wrappers, each and every item was mangled, drenched in sauces and soggy as if they'd be sitting around a while... We will never return to this location.
