I don't know why but this Wendy's seems to be very slow to provide service...the wait time is horrible...really nice people though. I've been 3 times now and won't go back only because fast food shouldn't take 20 min....

Absolutely disappointed by the lack of service and quality of my visit. We waited a total of 45 minutes for an order that was placed well in advance for drive through pickup. We got an excuse of "we're short staffed" then proceeded to watch two employees stand around while we waited on our food. For "fast food" this place sure misses that mark. Once our food did come out to us the worker said nothing, no apologies, nothing but silent stares. To make matter worse, once I arrived home and opened up the food wrappers, each and every item was mangled, drenched in sauces and soggy as if they'd be sitting around a while... We will never return to this location.

Placed an order at around 245pm, came in at 310 to pick up and was told they were waiting for something to finished 325 I had to go to get my daughter down the street. I returned at 4 to pick up my order and it was done but ice cold. Check my order and find that they did a great job at messing up the order, now I’m back again to have them fix it. Order 8637 if anyone cares. The on duty manager was caring and you could tell he was over his head. Whoever is doing the DEI hiring here really doesn’t care about their business surviving.

I'm so sick of cold old nasty food that's been sitting around I ordered and the frys where so cold and so old you can tell they where probably made at lunch time my burger was not good either do better yall going down hill fast

Honesty I can't speak for the food since we never even got that far. We waited in line for the drive through, at 8:45 pm, for over 20 minutes before we eventually gave up and went somewhere else. We finally got to order after a 15 minute wait only to wait some more. At 9:15 pm we gave up and went home.

Literally the nicest staff in the world but I can’t spend another lunch break not getting food. I spend 30 minutes in the drive thru and still don’t even leave with food. Ridiculous timing. If you don’t have enough staff for the drive thru close it and only serve inside.

i’ve never written a review but this was just ridiculous. We waited there for over 30 minutes, when we got up to order we were asked if there were cars behind us (there were none) and told they close in 15 minutes and this was at 9:22 when they close at 10. Once we got to the window we waited till 9:50 to finally get our food and got asked several times what we had ordered and watched as at least 5 different employees frantically walked around without a clue of what they were doing. We got handed the wrong food then didn’t get our frosty or straws and honestly I don’t even feel comfortable eating the food at this point. We watched employees go into the lobby and walking around on their phones and they seemed extremely off. I work in food service too and this was just extremely unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant

Walked in and was totally ignored. I waited for a minute near the register until who I am assuming is the manager?? barked at me that it was Only Kiosk!!! and then proceeded to ignore me again when I asked if there was still chili. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any fast food place I have EVER been to. I will Not return. Ever. The guy who handed me the food at least smiled and said thank you. Too little too late. Tragic.

I ordered dinner through the app and went to pick it up around 9:45 they're supposed to be open till 12:00. When I get to the window the manager actually gives me an attitude about the fact that it's quarter of 10 then I was told to pull forward and I waited 20 minutes to get my food which was cold and then I get home and take a bite out of my chicken wrap and it's got chicken in there that must have been taken up from off the floor or something. It was hard as a rock yellow and disgusting, and I actually ate some of it. I ended up sick that night, and I won't go back there again.... at least not to this Wendy's
