You literally have someone working here that doesn’t know what coffee is. I ordered a mocha today and the girl working said “is that coffee?” and then handed me an ice coffee. Im just confused why you’d hire someone that knows nothing about coffee.

Ordered a hot chocolate at 8:05 pm and it was ice cold like I ordered ice chocolate? Real cool ladies
Ordered and paid for a medium hot latte with oat milk and maple syrup. Initially received a small. Asked if this (cup) was a small or medium because I paid for a medium. Person replied, oh, she must have changed it (changed what). The person takes my drink back, I’m assuming, poured it in a medium cup and added more coffee. The replacement came out in less than 15 seconds. Making a proper latte takes longer than that. Also, I had a clear view of the steamer. I drove away and tasted my drink….absolutely disgusting. I get this drink at least 3 times a week. Will never go back to this AJ again (Store# 114AJ). The customer service and handling of a mistake was bad!
