Mother went to this location and they took her money and tip then failed to give her what she ordered and stated she needed to come back a day when the manager was working to get her money back. In what world is holding someone's money hostage legal? You guys better make this right.

I tried to call the location regarding my application, but unfortunately, no one properly answered. They listened to my question, but instead of giving me any feedback or assistance, they just disconnected. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional not to receive any communication😡

My husband went in to get a drink last night and got me a supposley hot chocolate, he came out and i took a sip and i asked him what he got me, he said hot cocoa i said bull crap taste like water, we took off and got to our next stopped i took cover off and it was just hot water with little color, their was 2 young boys in there my husband said that acted like they didnt know what they where doing..

Every time I get glazed doughnuts they are soaking wet for some reason. And if you order a Boston crème they just chuck it chocolate side down in the bag. There hasn’t been one time I’ve been there that it hasn’t happened.

All of my respect was lost when some careless idiot put cheese on my sandwich after I asked for none. I feel bad about being so rude, but I am literally ALLERGIC to milk and it makes my throat swell up and causes breathing problems. I took it off and I'm okay, but I work in fast food and never do things like this. This is clearly the result of carelessness, which can't be happening in fast food :(
