I had the Mate's platter which is a smaller portion combo platter. There was a good sized piece of haddock, shrimp, 2 scallops and clams. The fries were soggy and tasteless and the clams were tiny (were they even legal?!) I sat at the bar, service was good. Dessert choices were 6 types of pie, carrot cake or creme brulee. I went with the carrot cake which was really good. Choice of 9 beers on tap, fair choice of liquors, not many choices for wine. Overall, it was an average dining experience.

We planned our evening around going to dinner here. Checked the website and it looked open. Open according to google. We didnt call cause they dont take reservations so why would I call?? We get there and its closed for the season. At least fix your website and put on google that you are closed so people know. So disappointed. We even watched the episode of Bobby Flays throwdown in anticipation of eating here.

Agreeable enough, in a nondescript working harbor (Rockland) that's trying to pull the punters over from Peyton Place (Camden).A truly terrible vodka martini - do they really think we dont know what theyre doing behind that bar?Difficult to enjoy or justify these trust-fund prices. No, I'm not from Camden.Parking: Scenic urban-easy walk trails around the harbor start/end from parking areas.

Had a magical lone lunch here at Archer's. Crab cakes were wonderful and trying the Blueberry-glazed salmon next. Got a small table right by the cozy stove looking over the water. Read a book on my iPad and enjoyed the relaxing view of boats passing and quaint buildings along the bay. Server was so nice too. I plan on making this a regular lone lunch spot to just chill and soak in the vibes and comforting local menu.

First time eating here and the food was excellent. It’s the best coastal restaurant we have been to and we have eaten at a lot of them. We all had food to box and I am looking forward to having my leftovers tomorrow. We will go back for sure. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.

A poor dessert menu. Three pies of different flavors. All berries.

Our server KK was energetic, friendly, and attentive. The House Muscles and Almond Crusted Flounder Special were excellent and the Lazy Lobster was Top Notch. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
