The fries were disgusting, like brown and soggy/burned like they were cooked in old oil and for a fried clam basket they put clam straps which they should have stated it was strips and not clams, they put 10-12 total in the basket and it was $32+ tax. They were highly recommended and I was highly disappointed, purchased for an Aunt in the hospital.

This is the most deserved 5-star review I've written, for ANYTHING. Service is prompt, atmosphere is laid back, food is delicious, and the bartender is not stingy with the pours! 10/10 will eat here again someday - it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

LOCATION is good, not far from the town center, and offers a nice view of the harbor.
MENU offers a mix of grill and seafood, pasta and handheld. We got french onion soup, a summer salad, and broiled scallops. The salad was good, but the soup could have been served warmer, and the scallops weren’t quite broiled. Overall the flavors were fine.
SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE was good not great. The soup of the day was not the only soup on the menu, despite us being told it was. We waited several minutes for someone to notice us and seat us, and there were at least five tables that needed bussing, so the operations seemed understaffed.

Terrible. Dirty table, food was served with no silverware or napkins, fried haddock basket was missing the coleslaw it was supposed to come with, the garden salad was nothing but all greens with a couple tomatoes and the Pepsi was served watered down, then after it was changed out the waitress never brought back a fresh one!! $40 for good fries... we'll never go back.

Had a Spectacular time at High Tide Rockland! I had the Traditional Maine Lobster Stew which was one of the Best I have ever had. I also had Baked Stuffed Haddock which was Very Delicious. The Haddock was so Fresh! The Decor and Setting was Awesome! The Staff were Exceptional and service was fast and on point? I also ordered the House made Traditional Baklava to go which is some of the Best I have ever had. Truly a 5 star place to Visit.

Had the the scallop and Butternut squash and the Cajun Haddock bites for appetisers. Both were great. The Haddock came with a lemon garlic Alioli which was fabulous. We also had a cheese bacon burger and rhode island calamari. They were ok. We will return.
While walking through the charming town of Rockland we saw a sign for High Tide Restaurant. Looked inviting and has a large patio which has a full view of the bay. We had the most charming waitress, Quincie. We ordered an appetizer of Pan Seared scallops with a butternut squash puree and balsamic reduction. The scallops were perfectly seared and delightful moist and tender. We commented to Quincie how delicious they were and asked her to please tell the chef how much we enjoyed them as we never can make them like this. When Quincie brought out our dish, she brought the chef, Andreas, with her. Andreas discussed with my wife and me how to sear the perfect scallop. The entire meal was fabulous and we plan to return for live music and another delightful meal. The prices are reasonable and portions are quite large.

Our lunch view!! When in Rockland, this restaurant is a MUST!!! Our server, Quincie was so attentive to our lunch order! She helped is order the most delicious meal! Fresh Scallops in a Butternut Cream Sauce Appetizer, Freshly Caught Haddock for Dr. Pauli, and the most mouthwatering Seared Scallop Ceaser Salad for me! Unbelievable portions and soooooo lucious.....I'll be craving this meal long after returning to Boulder! Then! After blabbing to Quincie (server) how lovely everything tasted and telling her to compliment the chef on the perfect seared scallop.....THE CHEF CAME OUT TO TELL US HOW TO SEAR THE PERFECT SCALLOP!!!! Andreas (the greek God Chef) who definitely lived up to the name....(sinful grin..hehe!) came out and was absolutely delightful!! It made for the perfect day!!!

My husband and I were here in mid June 2024. This restaurant was fairly close to our hotel at the Rockland Harbour Hotel. We had a friendly and prompt waitress. It wasn't very busy yet. We both ordered the Steak. It came with wedge Fries and Sautéed Zucchini and Green Beans. We both enjoyed our meals. Also we had a great view by the window, of the harbour. Later we went down there for a walk and to take pictures. There is lots of parking, at least there was in mid June. We would come here again if in the area.
