Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a McDonalds but seriously save yourself some time and skip this one. I found myself working in the area this summer and occasionally would swing through the drive thru for a large Diet Coke for the ride home. Each time I go I hope it’ll be better than the last but it’s consistently awful. They have a double drive thru that needs to have one lane closed. They only have one person taking orders so it’s not faster and they take orders out of order of who got their first. Would think they’d alternate sides but they don’t. This has happened every time I’ve gone both to cars in front of me and to myself. Then the wait is just insane for fast food. They only have one window open. Tonight I was paying Apple Pay and it wasn’t doing anything and the kid at the window acted annoyed and asked if I had it on the right screen to which I responded ‘do you?’ He did not. Think this was my 3-4 time this summer. I’ve had enough and will stop at a gas station for a Diet Coke. Ridiculous.

They advertise being open till 11. We pull into the drive through at 10:53 and to no response on the speaker and sit there till they shut the lights off at 11. The employees only excuse was they closed at eleven, nothing to say about no one answering the drive through. The manager seemed to have little concern for the situation or doing anything at all to ensure the situation didn’t happen again.

Had a horrible experience for breakfast waited in drive through for ever to get the manager saying she was only one there..but no cars in drive thru but me...she's unqualified for her job

The manager (I’m assuming) blue shirt, was wicked rude, had horrible customer service; I told her I was nothing but polite and she had no business ignoring me, rolling her eyes and walking off saying, GOoD BYeeee! With a snobby tone, no need for it, what an awful women.

Food is a always old. Dirty, never wipes to help clean up! Dirty everything ,windows floors and all tables. Don't use bathroom. Cleaner and fresher food,more flavor!

Food is usually good but unimpressed with stinginess of condiments! I ordered a large fry and asked for ketchup - after asking three times I only got four ketchup packets. For the cost of the fries, I’d at least like a quality amount of ketchup.
