Above and beyond service. When my husband lost his wallet and I called begging they sent someone to look in the parking lot where he thought it fell out, despite not being terribly long on staff and all the usual stresses. Grateful for decency in all its forms 🤎

Waited over an hour for food after ordering it through the app. The staff had no idea where my order was and each team member who came up to the front had a different story. The manager said they were severely short staffed. I get that but to wait an hour for fast food is ridiculous. I've reached out to the local owners several times and received no response.

I go to McDonalds a lot and this is my favorite branch. They're consistently efficiently quick, friendly & get your order correct. The fries are always salty and warm. They take your order quickly. You can count on this store to get you in and out quickly. From best to worst in the area it goes Rockland, Thomaston, Belfast, and Damariscotta is dead last.

Went through the drive through on August 23rd. They forgot a sandwich. Went inside, with a receipt, within 2 minutes of getting the food. Was accused by staff of trying to steal a sandwich, they screamed at me through the lobby full of people. Store manager stood there and did nothing. Have called the owners, mcds corporate office and have no response after almost 3 weeks and 8 phone calls/emails. Manager said the owners don't care. Apparently he was right. Completely embarrassed over a 3 dollar sandwich on a 30 dollar bill. Never eating there again.
