Do not eat here they do not know how to cook their food. I gave them 2 tries once for their breakfast, and my onions were black and the lady said she could not fix it or give money back because she was too busy. The big Mac was horrible, it was dirty inside their restrooms and the dinning area, if you go to any McDonald's in the area I know it's a drive but I highly recommend the one in belfast thank you

Absolutely worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Wait 15 mins to place your order. Because drive through is so Inportant. After you order you wait another 20 mins. For your food. All you do is wait. Wait wait. Not to mention if low staffing is an issue why did you ignore, a viable applicant 3 times? Get your act together. We want “fast food” not “slow cold food”

Customer service thru the drive thru was awful. Very rude when taking my order. No direction as to which window to pay at. Waited for a while, you a loved window, watching worker talk on her cellphone. When I knocked at the window she motioned me ahead to the next window. Nit even a smile. The next window was very rude service as well. And all thus with not a single "Thank you". They obviously hate their jobs and it shows. Will never go here again!!

So i don't know what is going on with this place but they are rude. A family member of mine was treated poorly there and then when I called the manager she said hello 2times and then I heard her say I don't know what's wrong with this phone and hung up. Then I called back and it rang and went to like the answering

Twenty two minutesUsually, I won't say anything when it takes a little long to get my food but today was egregious. They ignored the lobby entirely including online counter orders and were exclusively taking in and serving drive through customers. It took 22 minutes for me to receive 2 mcdoubles and a french fry.If you need to save money, just make sure you are placing your order 20 minutes before you go on your lunch break so you still have time to eat your food.The food was good, even though I got one pickle per burger, the restaurant did not seem very clean, and the workers had no communication with the people gathered in the lobby.

I didn’t mind waiting in line for the drive thru, or even the price, but the quality of my food was severely disappointing. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, extra pickles add tomatoes, a 10 piece nugget with fries and a shamrock shake. The girl at the window was quiet but nice, and even CONFIRMED what my order was before I paid and received my food. While I could and should have checked the bag while I was at the window, I didn’t look in the bag until later. I received a quarter pounder plain with bacon and cheese, and a deluxe quarter pounder with no mayo and no lettuce. Both of which were not what I ordered. The order numbers on the burger box rages were 164 and 165, meaning I got two different sandwich orders in my bag, both of which were not mine. My 10 piece nuggets were cold and so dry my three year old wouldn’t eat them. My medium fries were warm at best, but my large fries were nice and hot; until I got to the middle of them and they were cold, older fries that were just covered with freshly made ones. I did not get a receipt or I would have left a review there as well.

It's McDonalds, you know what you're going to get, but the staff in this one I'd say are better than you'd expect.

We hit the drive thru late after practice. You could tell they only had a couple people working. And each person was doing multiple jobs we had quite a big order and so did the person behind us so they had us pull ahead and we had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but our order was correct hot and fresh and delicious.
