A family member of mine was treated poorly there and then when I called the manager she said hello 2times and then I heard her say I don't know what's wrong with this phone and hung up. They ignored the lobby entirely including online counter orders and were exclusively taking in and serving drive through customers. It took 22 minutes for me to receive 2 mcdoubles and a french fry.If you need to save money, just make sure you are placing your order 20 minutes before you go on your lunch break so you still have time to eat your food.The food was good, even though I got one pickle per burger, the restaurant did not seem very clean, and the workers had no communication with the people gathered in the lobby.

I didn’t mind waiting in line for the drive thru, or even the price, but the quality of my food was severely disappointing. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a quarter pounder with cheese, extra pickles add tomatoes, a 10 piece nugget with fries and a shamrock shake. The girl at the window was quiet but nice, and even CONFIRMED what my order was before I paid and received my food. While I could and should have checked the bag while I was at the window, I didn’t look in the bag until later. I received a quarter pounder plain with bacon and cheese, and a deluxe quarter pounder with no mayo and no lettuce. Both of which were not what I ordered. The order numbers on the burger box rages were 164 and 165, meaning I got two different sandwich orders in my bag, both of which were not mine. My 10 piece nuggets were cold and so dry my three year old wouldn’t eat them. My medium fries were warm at best, but my large fries were nice and hot; until I got to the middle of them and they were cold, older fries that were just covered with freshly made ones. I did not get a receipt or I would have left a review there as well.

We hit the drive thru late after practice. You could tell they only had a couple people working. And each person was doing multiple jobs we had quite a big order and so did the person behind us so they had us pull ahead and we had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but our order was correct hot and fresh and delicious.

Some of the worst customer service I can ever get. I asked to speak with the manager and they hung up on me the first time I called back as to speak of the manager again and the guy that answered the phone the first time said that he was the manager. I proceeded to make my complaint about the factor that they did not provide my child 6-piece chicken nuggets or sauce in the food that was bought I asked if tomorrow would be a good day for me to go in to get credited having just gone there and getting back and being sick with covid trying to prevent going out as much as possible this individual told me that I needed to be there in order for me to receive my credit physically and then I proceeded to ask for the 1-800 complaint number for McDonald's and he said he didn't know it. I hold the Masters of science degree in culinary cuisine I don't recommend McDonald's to anybody but my son loves it he's five so I'll go get it for him but I won't go get it from this facility again because of the fact that they don't mind screaming order up keeping you there for all hours of the time frame serving you with the worst customer service and having an attitude along with it for that I'd suggest a boycott this facility and let it shut down the same way as Burger King shut down but everyone must live and survive for now I will just generate my complaint I will find the 1-800 number and complain to them I don't really care about the money when I care about is the disrespect the smartassness that he provided the unwilling to help or even do I am a food and beverage director for a facility and I know a lot better than my customer service to be alienated by an a****** like this I no longer wish to eat and hopefully I can change my son's mind because so far the two locations of McDonald's here in this general area which I live at in Rockport both suck one serving raw food the other one just not giving two craps about anything so if this is the society that we have now with the type of individuals that work here and this is what we have to look forward to hear our country screwed a little disrespectful punks
