With only 4 other tables with customers, three of which were served, we waited 45 min for our food. We were a party of five with basic orders. When asked why the wait was so long, we were told the steak was taking a long time. It was ordered medium rare.

We have been going to Park Street Grill since it opened and have loved it. But lunch on Wednesday was very disappointing, my husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and found a good amount of fat in the meat. I got the beet and steak salad and could not chew the steak. Sources tell me that they have changed from Flank Steak to Skirt Steak which has created the problem. While flank can be served at any temperature, skirt really needs to be grilled and served well done. I do hope they go back to using the Flank. Dessert was delish. We will be back but will stick to other items on the menu.

This place has decent food and drinks. Had the Burrito with shredded beef and an unsweetened iced tea. Service was friendly and everyone was very nice here.

Rude & incompetent. All my 4 year old daughter wanted was a bean and cheese burrito. We drove 40 minutes to come here. We are new to the area and still trying to find "our spots". This was the closest thing to a Mexican restaurant we could find that was open. They make kids quesadillas and they make burritos. They said it would be $15 for a (kids) bean and cheese burrito!!!. I asked if it would come with the fries like on the kids menu - nope! There are so many sweet and accommodating local businesses - stay away from this one!

We had such a great time here! The lobster wontons and crab cakes were amazing! And the drinks so we'll made and reasonably priced! The staff was very friendly and attentive. And we even got to watch a football game! We definitely recommend!
They have the best Margs in town! Allison was my server and she was great! My go to is always the knox county burrito, the nachos, or the tostada salad.

Went last night9/3/24. They just seemed disorganized. Granted there were 11 of us but the dining room wasn’t full by any means. 1of 3 appetizers came late, minutes before the main course. Three in our group waited an additional 15 minutes for their meals. The staff was nice and we tipped well, but something was definitely off with the kitchen last night. I am not slamming them. We all have a bad day now and then , food And drinks we’re good and needless to say we’ll be back and try again.
