Food is always good.. but there's just one worker that works there that's always rude to me, and I've never done anything to him always been nice when I'm gone in there. The last time I went in there with my niece, she witnessed it how rude he was towards me. I don't have any other problems with anybody else that works there everybody else is always been nice to me, but that one person.

The manager and the younger girls attitudes suck! They are rude and don’t care about you or how your food comes out. My food wasn’t even toasted , my chicken was still cold and my cheese wasn’t melted. I don’t usually leave reviews but they were also rude to the people behind me.

The girl who ran the cash register was fairly attractive, thats were things stopped being good. The meat section woman was a b!+ch. Bacon shouldn't smell like fish, an rotisserie chicken shouldn't taste like bacon. I had the chicken heated, I asked for it to be drained...the meat woman ignored me so my protein bowl was swimming in chicken juice. All the vegetables seemed slimey and wilted. Disgusting

Agreed, the service kinda sucks. I ordered two sandwiches as is on the menu and they kept asking what I wanted on it. One didn't know how it already came. Frustrated at me for not answering fast enough when I ordered exactly how they come so I didn't know how else to answer I guess aside from "just how they come" lol. Smh.

Rude manager, half the employees are more considered about asking each other what their plans are instead of crafting the food and helping customers. Had to repeat myself over four times for them to actually hear me, I don't recommend this location.

Customer service was the shining grace of this place. I got a foot long loaded and came home. Within an hour of eating the sandwich all gears were in reverse and I was worshiping the toilet. I thought I had already reviewed and posted this. For full disclosure, this was this past summer during the mini heat wave and only I got sick. My granddaughter, who also got a sandwich had no issues. This is one of three places in the Rockland area I have got violently sick from.
