They make their own dough, use fresh local ingredients, and cook their pizzas in a wood fired oven to perfection. They even have gluten-free pizzas and dessert. We got:
16" Vegan Pizza 1/2 regular and 1/2 with added pineapple, jalapeño slices, and vegan cheese
And a 12" Vegan with added potatoes and jalapeño slices.
We shared a couple of Evolution Salads: local sustainably harvested, sweet leaf lettuces with celery, carrots, toasted sesame seeds, Maine sea kelp...

This is our go-to pizza place. The buffalo chicken pizza as well as the sausage and fennel are both outstanding. The Moroccan salad is a perfect addition to any pizza!!! So, so good.
