What a hidden gem! We accidently stumbled on this, and were drawn in by the cozy, welcoming decor. Mr Right chose a rose ribbon strattacelli (gelato) and I had sweet cream gelato. Both were fabulous. I tried a sample of the rose ribbon which had an interesting floral taste. Didn't take pics of the food, loved the atmosphere!!

Came for an early, light dinner. They seemed to be wrapping up an art class just as I arrived, so it was initially crowded and then thinned out. I had the caprese crepe with chicken, and it really hit the spot. I was dining on my own and didn't want to eat at a big restaurant, but here I was able to tuck into a corner nook and enjoy the food along with my book without feeling like I was conspicuously alone. Finished off with some gelato for dessert!

Absolutely love this place! Living in town I've been here a bunch, at all times of day. It's a perfect place to bring the kids - whether for ice cream in the afternoon, or crepes for dinner. I feel like every gelato flavor I try is my new favorite, and don't miss the salmon crepe! And the owners are the greatest people! If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and come for a visit.

What a great find this place was during our brief stay in Camden. Excellent crepes and ice cream (especially for our gluten intolerant daughter), cosy and welcoming decor and wonderful service made this a real highlight.

Today my husband and I took our yearly day trip to mid coast Maine. After shopping, eating and beaching through Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden, we decided to venture just a little further south to Rockport, which we had never really explored before. I had been looking for a niche unique ice cream place online and Freya's stood out to me immediately, both the pictures and the reviews! And wow, this place is a gem!Freya's is tucked into a quaint corner of Rockport. We walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was very sweet and helpful, answering questions and offering many samples! The atmosphere is lovely, especially the jazz music wafting out onto the quiet street when we walked in, not to mention the bubble machine sending bubbles around the windows outside. The decor and seating are also very nice.We ended up getting the chai chocolate spice gelato and a citrus (can't remember if orange or lemon) rosemary sorbetto. The gelato was creamy; the chocolate was rich but not cloyingly sweet, and the chai spice warmed the back of my mouth nicely. The sorbetto was so refreshing; the flavors were so well balanced and complex. I also tried the blueberry basil sorbetto and that was delicious as well. The price was very reasonable. But what was truly priceless was the gorgeous view on their balcony seating area, it overlooks the marina. It felt like we were in a slice of life movie. With couples walking their dogs on the road beneath us, boats bobbing in the harbor, and don't even make me mention the sea breeze. The gelato and sorbetto are the best I have ever had. I will be back. I definitely recommend!

I've had gelato all through Italy and this is the first place in America that has rivaled the Italian gelato shops in quality. I got the cold brew gelato and it was SPECTACULAR. The guy behind the counter explained the process, which sounded very convoluted and impressive, but to be honest I wasn't listening because I was too distracted by how good the cold brew gelato was!

Absolutely delicious!!! I normally have higher standards for ice cream but this was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was nice the inside was cute. The service was good. The dark chocolate was so rich and decadent. I love it so much!

Delicious ice cream and crepes. Especially good selection of non dairy options. I’m still dreaming of their peach rose.

Fun lil gem of a place. Walking up to the shop, they had a machine blowing bubbles out into the street. Great eye catcher.Cozy interior with attentive details and a good use of space. Loved the person behind the counter, was super informative. The food was amazing, and the crepes process was fun to watch. A new favorite place to go for a sweet treat.

Sampled a few gelatos and sorbets, all of which were inventive and delicious but ended up getting a lemon and sugar crepe. I was unaware they were buckwheat - possible I missed it stated somewhere. I’m sure with the savory toppings it works but I found the flavor combination very strange, almost vinegary, and quite dry. Think it could use some tweaking (or a generous slathering of butter). Lovely place to sit and very friendly service.

Awesome spot!!! The owner is delightful and the crepes are amazing! We especially enjoyed the salmon and ham crepes. Make sure you sit on the sweet back porch with views of the harbor.
