Where the locals go. What are the best meals we had while in Maine. An unpretentious little place with delicious food. Loved the lobster roll ($24), fries were crispy and the haddock Ruben was delicious. We thought it was the best clam chowder we had our whole visit.

Really wanted to love this place. The seafood chowder was small bits of raw potatoes and steamed milk. So gross. It’s a shame because the people who work here are the sweetest people you’ll meet on the east coast but dang this was disgusting. Lobster roll was alright- meat kinda mushy..

The grease smell was overwhelming and most unfortunately permeated every stitch of clothing down to even undergarments and we were only there about 25 minutes!
Staying in a cottage at Glenmoore by the Sea, and wanted to fix a meal. These guys hooked us up!! Scallops butter poached and calamari salad,(amazing). The next night 2 lobsters, some garlic shrimp, and a few oysters. Enjoyed the challenge. Best lobstah we had.
