Where the locals go. What are the best meals we had while in Maine. An unpretentious little place with delicious food. Loved the lobster roll ($24), fries were crispy and the haddock Ruben was delicious. We thought it was the best clam chowder we had our whole visit.
Staying in a cottage at Glenmoore by the Sea, and wanted to fix a meal. These guys hooked us up!! Scallops butter poached and calamari salad,(amazing). The next night 2 lobsters, some garlic shrimp, and a few oysters. Enjoyed the challenge. Best lobstah we had.
Good selection of fresh seafood. Frozen options, too. Surprisingly great selection of wines. Cooked seafood with indoor eating area. We went to the market twice during our 6 days in the area.
