Food is very good if you get a chance to order it before many others that arrive after you that get to order drinks and food before you. Service needs improvement. Understaffed. One bartender and she handles the bar as well as all the tables. Definitely need 1-2 more servers. Hopefully they order more staff.

Had a pizza done 3 times in one night still found cheese when I said no cheese on one half. (Near the crust on the other side) the French fries were half frozen. They offered to remake or food or money back and they never remade the food we got it cold. 3 minute ride home and had to microwave when I got home. We called them back and they said they would give me a credit for fries and a pizza. So we called a week later and they would only give us fries and argued that the rest of the food was remade. COMPLETE BS!! Wouldn’t suggest ordering from there

This was my first time there, as I'm new to the area. We will definitely be back, everything was delicious!
If you like the worst service and being ignored, this is a must place to go! I cannot even rate the food because after being 15 minutes waiting for the waitress we decided to leave the place, it was a guy in the bar talking with some costumers and he even didn't ask us anything like if we wanted drinks, another costumer had to clear the dirty plates from the bar because nobody did it, I work in the food industry and I'm very considerate with service but I've never experienced something like this place, I understand I'm a random person making a bad comment and maybe this will be ignored but I must to give my review because if I knew I wouldn't been there and waste my time there.

Very busy on Friday and Saturday night, often difficult to call in an order as the line is often busy or the phone is picked up on their end without them knowing. But the pizza is great. In house beer prices are a bit steep but the the bar is usually full.

Last wk we dined at SHP, ordered pizza. When it came it was burnt. I refused it. Waitress was pissed. When she brought the remake she literally threw it on the table & walked away. Went back today, same waitress on. We sat at the table for 15 minutes, she passed us 3 times, never acknowledged us. Not sure if she is the owner, but she shouldn't be waiting on customers.

Messed up our order, then you can’t even get ahold of them on the phone. The food we did get was burnt etc… Don’t waste your time or money.
This is the third time I had ordered a spaghetti meatball calzone and they failed to add cheese and meatballs.
The last two times I have called and they remade them “ free of charge” and failed to add cheese and meatballs.
This past Thursday I gave it another attempt and yet again they messed my order up. I specifically asked the young girl who answer the phone and she said she would make it and I understand people get busy but i wasn’t please one bit.

Worst place ever!!! One hour and 30 mins before food came out. They tried to use some lame excuse but they really just forgot about us. Employees don’t have a single clue what’s happening. It’s just grimy and repulsive. You might as well go find the nearest trash can and dig in there, I’m sure the rats will give you better service than these losers. -1/10000
