Dunkin' can be hit or miss depending on the staffing. During a busy morning, only 3 workers managed the drive-through, inside customers, and online orders, but efficiently and with a friendly attitude. When the staff is good, the service is great, with attentive employees ensuring orders are accurate and customers are happy. However, there can be instances of neglect, like unstirred coffee and messy packaging. Overall, Dunkin' can provide a warm welcome, with employees working together and showing a dedication to customer service.
