Absolutely incredible food and drinks, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff!
Delicious food! We loved the scallop, prawn and Chorizo dish and the deserts were to die for - yum! Will be back.
One thing I love about restaurants is when they have an open kitchen, meaning you can see the entire kitchen while they are cooking, not hidden behind closed doors. The waitress was great. Got to meet the owner and very humble man. Spoke to him for about 15 minutes and very nice. The food and drinks were delicious!!!! If you visit Saco Maine I very highly recommend you try it out for yourself!!!

The craft drink of the night was a good start. The seasonal menu featured numerous gluten-free options. The tiradito was cold salmon with leche de tigre de ají Amarillo, Peruvian corn, and quinoa. The ensalada with cherry tomatoes, onions, burrata, and a blueberry balsamic vinaigrette was fresh and flavorful. The arroz frito was loaded with broccoli, zucchini, chicken, and beef. The portions were generous. The panna cotta was smooth and rich. Pacifico has earned a top spot, and they will definitely be back.
