They don’t take guest who aren’t staying at their Inn.
An absolutely delicious dinner in beautiful tenants Harbor. The windowed dining room looks directly out to the pier where small fishing boats unload. We were lucky to be there when a boat with their catch of huge halibut was coming in. We then enjoyed our entrées, an amazing scallop dish, homemade gnocchi, and shrimp in a lemon and buttery cream, and duck confit. Our waitress couldn’t have been friendlier, and although this is a very nice restaurant, they were happy to accommodate our party which included a 10 month old. the menu at the restaurant is significantly more refined than most you will find on the coast of Maine . I highly recommend the restaurant for a special dinner out.

Absolutely superb cuisine and a menu that has something for every palate. Easily the most refined and inventive cuisine on the peninsula. Don’t feel like driving all the way to Rockland for Primo? This is your place. An airy but intimate dining room and gorgeous water views only serve to amplify this truly unique dining experience.

This place is epic. The food is thoughtful New England cuisine. The service was attentive…..local kindness which is part of the fun and adventure. Chef is incredible…..you will not have the same “selling and up selling service as the big city” but as I said…… that is part of the Maine fun…… This is a small, quaint town with an epic 5 star restaurant. Try the seaweed soup, because where else are you going to have that? It was beautiful. The cod was perfect. All of this was underpriced……..needs to be doubled of what we paid. Absolutely a joy. Service was sweet and attentive and kind…… but not in the same style as a 5 star restaurant. This is a small town and a huge bargain. This place is not to be missed.

Perhaps it was an off night but my smoked chicken pasta was too salty. My husband ordered the ragu that supposedly had short ribs and pork in the ragu however the dish contained the tiniest but of shredded meat.We will give it another chance..as the burgers in the Tavern looked wonderful.

If I could give more stars for the food, I would! I don't think photos or even sharing experience does this place justice.During a weekend getaway and were able to enjoy both brunch and dinner at the Harborview Bistro.Brunch was delightful, and i especially enjoyed the fresh berries on the french toast, and I'm not ashamed to say I ate every bite.Dinner was an entire experience with some of the freshest seafood I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The scallops are second to none, the salmon, and salad were a surprising high note too!The view is spectacular, while there's not a bad seat in the restaurant, I recommend sitting by a window so you can get a full view of the harbor. The atmosphere is quiet and I would say that it may feel more formal than guests are expected to be. Come as you are; the staff and locals are incredibly warm and friendly.*The price point I selected was the dinner price point - brunch was less, but since I only have photos of the dinner food that's the option I selected for this review.
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant offers a realistic kid-friendly menu (with coloring activities)
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp into the building, and restaurant seating is all indoor with easy access to tables and door
Dietary restrictions: It's my understanding the chef is accommodating if there is a dietary need, however I have not needed to utilize this.

Very good food...pleased to have stopped by as we loved the location. Had a great seat on the patio, the weather was great. We asked if the chef could make a change on one of our meals and they accommodated us. Go and give it a try...you will enjoy!
Everything was beyond expectations. Loved it. Gary

The food was excellent, but the service was not. The waiter was pleasant but inexperienced, and not especially attentive. He brought us a plate we hadn't ordered, and it showed up on the bill when the time came to pay. Getting the bill corrected took over 15 minutes.NOTE: Google's location is incorrect. The bistro is in the same building as the Quarry Tavern.

A most beautiful view of eating breakfast. Dining al fresco on the front porch late in the morning is a great way to wake up on vacation. The food is delicious, all homemade and the service is top-notch.
Don't miss this. Delicious and fresh lobster. One of the best breakfast I've ever had all while overlooking Tenant's Harbor. What else could you ask for.
