First time at this location, and I was hesitant. The last couple of Applebee's I have been to haven't been the best, but I was happy without our choice tonight. The restaurant was very busy and we ended up at the bar. We got full service, drinks, apps, and meals We will be back here for sure..
Against my better judgment, we gave takeout here a try, again. Last couple experiences were not good. My son didn't get his waffle fries we ordered, I didn't get fries with my meal(were supposed to be included) we got a random salad, the wontons were soggy, mozzarella sticks were like 6 days old, or not cooked. All the food was cold. We live 10 mins away, I was there to pick up the food before it came out of the kitchen. Very disappointed, yet again! The food has been good in the past, more so with dine in. But I don't think takeout should be much different. It will be awhile, if ever, for takeout from here.

Ordered delivery and received food with only half the toppings. Nacho beef with no guacamole, sour cream, or salsa, received combo app with no ranch or marinara. Won't order delivery from here again.

The alcohol drinks are weak. There is now always a wait. We left after finding out it would be ~45 minute wait. The other time, we sat at the bar because the wait was ~30 minutes. I love the side salads

This is a really awkward review to write. I went to this Applebees with some friends. Everything was great no issues, we went to pay, split the check four ways. Our server, Lorraine, used the tablet at the table to help us pay. However, we didn’t get the option to give a tip. My friend got her card back and asked if she needed to sign something for the tip and the waitress said we were all set. We noticed right after (one of us got a notification that a transaction went through), that the amount charged was over the amount on the receipt. Our waitress tipped herself on the tablet. We were kind of dumbfounded and confused so didn’t mention anything, but this is just a complete violation of someone else’s money. We would’ve tipped fine, but didn’t even get the option to. We did the math and it seemed like it was between 20-22%. Again, we would have tipped this anyway, but she just went ahead and did it herself. I feel as though this is a behavior that needs to be addressed as this is not okay, and I’m pretty sure, illegal.

We came in as a party of 6, and we're initially told it'd be 30-40 minutes. We waited a total for 80 minutes before we were finally seated. I assumed staffing was an issue as the place was more than half empty. However upon our long wait and overhearing, we discovered the reason was carbide to go orders. The manager refused to seat people who will give tips and buy drinks and desserts in addition to their orders, sending MULTIPLE families away because of the wait, so they can keep the kitchen pushing out carside orders. Making people wait in the waiting room instead of allowing them to at least sit and have drinks while waiting for food was ridiculous. The waitstaff was visibly bored. We were however HIGHLY entertained by Jessica. She was the hostess and was amazing while we waited. If it weren't for her I definitely would have left. She deserves a raise. They really need to limit their takeout orders and time frames and make that less of a priority than people coming in. Insanity.

New server was clueless couldn’t tell if she was drugged out or just incompetent , she brought us 3 drinks we didn’t order , my fiancé didn’t get his drink (lemonade) for 45 minutes, forgot a whole appetizer, we didn’t get our food for 1 and a half hours.
If you come here don’t expect to have the carry out alcohol they won’t let you do it pretty sad and pathetic

Sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes right now when there are over 10 booths open and told seating is not an option due to car side orders taking over the amount allowed go be seated.
Why have the seats if they cant be used? This review wont change the stupidity of that.
