Got two of the same latte. One is delicious and accurate, one tastes the way gym shoes smell. We dumped that one in the trash. Same exact latte, made at the same time, one literal garbage. No idea how to explain that. Only one of them had foam too.

We enjoyed our Aroma Joe's drinks. Hubby got a blueberry pomegranate smoothie, and I got a green tea lemonade. Personally, I prefer less sweet, so next time I'll try a green tea iced tea. Our server was very friendly. It was only a bit slow because it was a popular place.

I came through with an order for 7 drinks, and only 2 were the same.
I felt bad coming through with a big order like that and but they completely nailed it(even labeling each drink so I could keep it straight). Every drink was perfect and delicious, and they were more than happy to put our order together. Not a single hesitation or hint of being inconvenienced.

When in line it's long waiting, or if you go inside for quicker service no one answers the knock on the door. You can hear them talking, so they avoid. Then leaving without a drink to go to work on time is disappointing. Walking out the same amount of cars are still waiting. Frustrating! Dunkin is faster!

I never had issues order from this place until the past 3 times I been there within a month or so. They made my rush in the wrong size two times in a row I was there. I always order a 32oz BlackBerry cherry rush and 24oz a blue Hawaiian rush. Sometimes I order hash browns. They gave me a 24oz in the blackberry cherry, which is kinda annoying but not the end of the world. But Then this morning they made my blue Hawaiian. It’s PURPLE. The girl said it’s blue Hawaiian. This isn’t blue at all!! It taste like sweet tart also she got it in the wrong size, this is 32 oz. I never had issues at other locations before. They also said they can’t make hash browns cause the oven is not warm enough… they been open for about an hour now. I will never be coming back to this location again. The girl that has black hair wearing a Spartans sweat shirt this morning, girl that was there clearly don’t know what she is doing and is clearly color bind. I use to work in the food industry and I know sometimes you make mistakes and all but this is the third time in a row happening. I like to give a place a few chances to make us their mistakes but three times especially in a row to mess up is bad. I will be not going to this location ever again

Coffee is definitely a hit or miss. 3rd time I’ve got a large peppermint bark latte’ and it’s the second time in a row that it’s had no flavor at all!! The first one I tried was amazing which is why I ordered it again. Second time I just thought maybe they gave me the wrong order by mistake so I tried it a third time and it’s worse than the second time! Chances of me stopping in for coffee again is not probable!
