Staff is always extremely pleasant and very attentive to the patrons. Yes there are the occasional issues of an incorrectly cooked steak or the wrong side on a plate, but they are always quick to fix any issues. Despite any shortcomings, the staff and steak quality really shine here and more than justify a five star rating
Old school (throwback to better days). Salad bar, steaks where can you go wrong? It's not Abe and Louis it's good food at a good price. Again salad bar that's got that old time feel(yes bacos bacon bits). That creamy Italian I remember from my youth. They are disappearing, and sadly so.
I've been a customer at Bonanza in Sanford for over twenty years, and headed by Jeff and and his crew they are just as good today as they were than. My words would not be enough to explain how much this long time Sanford landmark restaurant has meant to me. I will try to sum up my opinion for someone going there for the first time by saying they have Great food, Great service for fair prices.
