I ordered a large vanilla shake and was not disappointed. Although not a Frapp, it most certainly hit the spot for me. :)

Very poor customer service. The person running the drive thru was rude and cut us off as we were trying to order and then when we got our food they didn't give us the hot fudge sundae we ordered

This location seems to fail to maintain their slush machine, Its been several times my husband and I went for Misty’s or orange Julis and after waiting in a long drive through line and been turned down. That’s all we wanted, then been stuck in the line unable to pull away because of poor design of the drive up. I think we will just stop coming.

Recently blizzards are just flat out getting bare minimum for toppings. For my most recent order, one blizzard did not have all of the toppings it was supposed to have and the other I paid for peanut butter sauce to be added and didn’t get any. There’s just no point getting a blizzard there because I could get ice cream from the store and it’d be better. The employees are very nice and friendly though.

Nothing against the workers at all but the last few years I've noticed a major reduction in the toppings that are put into the blizzards. I'm sure this is a corporate thing just like subway with smaller subs and less meat.

Horrible service, worker needs an attitude check. She kept repeating herself when I said yes to what I asked for. I got to the window and she slammed little window after I gave payment then stormed off!

A bunch or little girls with bad attitude snicker and sneer from behind the glass, while doing very little. It's infuriating as a door dash driver, watching the make me late, as they stand around doing nothing. Fall can't come fast enough. Then I won't have to deal with these children.

My favorite thing here most of all is the mistake bags especially when u don't have much and there's this mistake which isn't really a mistake it's more of a heavenly treat after either a long day but even more so when you need a refreshing treat

the walk up window is constantly closed early, to focus on the drive thru. I like to enjoy a nice blizzard after my nightly walk, store hours don't show different close times for window and drive thru if they did I would understand but walking half hour out of the way to enjoy a blizzard and see that they are closed is not right.
