I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a terrible experience. I waited in line for over 25 minutes just to place a simple order. It’s clear they prioritize online orders and the drive-thru over in-store customers. People who came in after me and placed mobile orders were served first, while those of us waiting in line were completely ignored.
If they can’t balance in-store and online orders better, they need to find a solution. The whole point of going inside was to avoid a long wait, but it ended up being worse. Definitely not worth the time or frustration.

Went through drive-thru, handed the girl a gift card and a $5 bill and specifically said please use the gift card first, then process the cash. Apparently in her world you process cash before you process a gift card which makes absolutely no sense. It might be a few bucks but I'm not going to stop the enormously long line behind me to have her fix her mistake.. stupid stupid stupid mistake... Bet she thinks shes worth her$15 an hour....

I love basically everything about this location. The only thing I don’t love is your side Entrance it causes people to Jump in the drive thru line. When others have been waiting quite a while and they just push in because they can.

This is the final straw. I continue to give chance after chance and keep getting screwed. This isn't even drive-thru food, this is going inside and waiting and still getting to work with burnt food! It's disgusting, this literally has happened SEVERAL times over the last 3 months, it's disgusting.

Bagels were very good as was the ice coffee. 2 employees were out back smoking pot during their break. One came back in and said good bye to the rest of employees. By their response he was very popular.
I think is the nicest Dunkin I’ve ever been. However, my drink was a little bit lighter than the usual. They also were nice to me.

Anyone who rates this place 1 star is wrong, they make the best strawberry dragon fruit refreshers. i sit in this dunkin with my friends for hours because they also have places to plug in my phone and good seating. the atmosphere is wonderful and one worker looks like suguru geto from jjk and the other shaggy and it’s a truly whimsical experience!! the workers are always really nice and get my order correct so 10/10 ?️???
