I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant conversation with a gorgeous woman at the window. We tried to explain so had a mobile order at the intercom but she would not respond, she kept saying “i can’t hear you, turn back around” So I thought that meant pull up front, because I already did a mobile order, you can’t hear me but my food is already paid for. so we went to the window and the woman was very beautiful, and seemed demure but unfortunately I think she had a bad day because she was really rude. Everyone was telling me I had to turn back around but my food and drink were next to her, I saw my name, she knew it was my order and would not give me the goods I paid for. I understand if I tried to order at the window I can’t, but they want me to loop around to say “mobile order for kat” when I already did 3-6 times and they were giggling saying the intercom isn’t working. The woman was heavier set both archetype, bangs black hair piercings glasses all of that.I didn’t get a name. She was beautiful but unfortunately her attitude and hospitality was not. I worked in fast food corporate and management for a while so I understand why they’d say that. But it seemed to be a game for them. Which makes no sense since I know these stores work on time.

Used to be the best dunkins around lately they don’t have anything they run out of everything. And if it open till 8 you shouldn’t be shutting ur froze coffee machine down two hours before close management needs to wake up

this place is so slow!!! there is no reason i need to sit in line for 20 minutes specially when i know this sandwich im getting is thrown in a microwave for 20 seconds. place seriously needs to get there crap together. it’s drive thru only..

Good service, but I always have to tell them how to make my coffee again.
2 girls myself and friend are lactose intolerant due to some issues, we strictly ordered our drinks with oat milk and they confirmed it was oat milk but they still gave us regular. We didn’t realize until half way through drinking it that they put regular milk in it and we remained sick the rest of the day and still are. We ordered multiple other things and everyone they messed up on. Very not impressed as this has happened with our food multiple times before.
This review is a long time coming - one I have wanted to write for a couple years now. This DD location has never had anything but wonderful employees!! Every single time I have both ordered and got to the pickup window, I have never been met with anything but wonderful, warm employees who genuinely seem to love their job! I cannot say enough good things about them ALL.. that crew really puts the extra mile in and makes all of the customers feel welcome & leave with a smile. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! =)
