On September 2nd I called KFC and asked to place an order and I was told that they only take special orders over the phone. I went on to tell the lady I was talking to that it was unfortunate for me that it couldn't be done because I was sitting at home as my mother's care taker waiting for her to pass away and I needed my husband back home as soon as possible. She paused for a moment and then asked what it was that I wanted. I told her and she even made a suggestion that would be the same but cost less and I agreed. I put the order in my husband's name and thanked her and hung up. Shortly after to my surprise my husband called and told me the order was given to us for free because they wanted to help. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT KFC. THERES STILL SOME COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. My mother passed while we were eating dinner.

If you're going to take online orders that you seal up and put on a counter for easy pickup you should probably make sure the order is complete. Sucks to get all the way home and not have a major piece of your order because it wasn't checked properly.

It would be helpful to give the door-dashers a drink tray and to seal up the food bags. When I asked about a tray I got an attitude for an older employee.

I wish yhat i can give a Zero stars for this location was Beyond unacceptable today, myself, my brother and my disabled mom went in to order some lunch and instead of enjoying a meal with my family I instead had a Horrible experience with this location and it's staff. From getting the wrong orders, to gross unsanitary conditions like dirty trays left on the counter and no clean trays for the public to use, to the incompetence of the staff and manager and let's not forget the food tasting awful and like cardboard. We won't return here 🤬

Staff obnoxious and very pushy. It was like know order before going to counter and dont ask any questions. Food was actually cold when received. Not a place would go back. Also cleanliness had something to be corrected

We ordered a $25 dunk it bucket. Should be 10 tenders, 10 mashed potatoe poppers 2 scoops of fries and 4 biscuits w/ 6 dipping cups. Not so hard to follow right? First of all 3 of the 6 dipping cups were wrong. Not that big a deal. Then there were only 5 poppers, not 10 and no, I repeat no biscuits. So I call, some dude answers and was like ok then started talking to other people. Then he says uhhh, I guess I can replace the missing items. I'm like seeing I have to drive back you can't do a little extra and he's like uhhh huh huh, uhhh all I Can do is replace the missing items. No, that's all you are choosing to Beavis. Talk about lack of caring thought or effort. Wake up people and do your job.

Long lines and long wait for food. Biscuits were not ready for 20 mins. They are under staffed. The chicken was dry.

Dashers and customers ordering via DoorDash BEWARE!! Do not order KFC ONLINE.
Customers having to keep cancelling because they have NO FOOD.
For the THIRD night in a row, I’ve come to pick up and order and KFC just straight has no food.
First night/customer: they don’t have biscuits, they don’t have crispy chicken or original, they didn’t have mac and cheese. Lost 20 mins, money trying to contact DD to help them cancel & get their money back,
Last night/customer: she only ordered cherry poppers, they didn’t have those. Had to call DD and cancel, lost money and orders again.
TONIGHT: customer orders 2 pot pies, guess what? Don’t have any of those either. Just lost 20 mins calling DD.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE GOOD. I’ve never seen a restaurant have no food more than this one!
I’m sorry to all the customers I’ve had to cancel lately due to this problem, us dashers feel bad when this happens and we lost out.
