On September 2nd I called KFC and asked to place an order and I was told that they only take special orders over the phone. I went on to tell the lady I was talking to that it was unfortunate for me that it couldn't be done because I was sitting at home as my mother's care taker waiting for her to pass away and I needed my husband back home as soon as possible. She paused for a moment and then asked what it was that I wanted. I told her and she even made a suggestion...

If you're going to take online orders that you seal up and put on a counter for easy pickup you should probably make sure the order is complete. Sucks to get all the way home and not have a major piece of your order because it wasn't checked properly.

Staff obnoxious and very pushy. It was like know order before going to counter and dont ask any questions. Food was actually cold when received. Not a place would go back. Also cleanliness had something to be corrected
