My husband had the lazy man Lobster, which was excellent except for the roll, which was definitely stale. Unfortunately this is the second time I have tried the fried clam strips and each time they have been very tough and soggy. It’s as if they’ve been fried up ahead of time and have been sitting under a heat light. Won’t make that mistake again.
Came by at 1:30 Saturday afternoon 23 August, placed my order with station attendant who could care less if I was there and dud not "Thank me,' for my business! In fact she spent more time on her cellphone than helping others!

Excellent fried seafood but the best thing to get is their clam chowder. It is the most authentic you'll find anywhere. Far too many places thicken their chowder with cornstarch. I go back a very long way in a fishing family and can tell you New England clam chowder is cream/milk based without thickeners. Lords does it right and it is delicious. I miss their original place on the water in Wells, but if this is where they need to be to survive then I support them.
