The lady taking orders at the drive through was very rude, she took 2 cars, than proceeded to tell us to drive away if we don’t like it. We proceeded to drive away because we refuse to order food from rude people. Please tell your staff to be more nice as they are workers dealing with customer. Nov. 11th 2024 at 8:00pm.

I don't expect much from a McDonald's, however I was there last week and an older gentleman was ordering. He dropped his cane and nobody wanted to grab it for him so I did. Then he told the cashier he would be sitting at a certain seat and the person who made his coffee just put it in the counter and yelled "small coffee!" So I grabbed it and brought it to the guy. Was kind of disappointed in their customer service when that happened. The gentleman was extremely grateful and we had a short chat and we're able to mutually brighten each other's day. The food is what you would expect from McDonald's.

I took my grandchildren to this McDonalds after an appt today. I was pleased with the available parking, clean atmosphere, and friendly staff. I rarely eat at McDonalds, but have to give credit where credit is due. Well done, Sanford.

Service barely exists at this place. Food is always a mess. You have to wait forever to be greeted at the order speaker. Then when it’s time for your god they always make you pull up and park off to the side with all the other customers to wait for to bring your food to you. Also, they can never serve shakes or any kind of cream. Tonight is the last time I attempt to wait. Needs to choose and be replaced with as different restaurant

I went to McDonald’s. I hadn’t been there in a long time. I got a big Mac a fry and a Coke now I know why I haven’t been there in a long time. McDonald’s is not what it used to be or maybe it is and my taste buds of changed with age, but for what I paid for it, I could’ve gone to Applebee’s and gotten my bourbon, chicken and shrimp and a vegetable for a few dollars more or another restaurant. And I will not go back. And the soda taste like sewer water I couldn’t even drink it. Maybe that’s what it’s supposed to taste like and I just haven’t been in a long time and no, I would not recommend it
I live in Springvale, so if I want McDs, I am relegated to this place. I never get my sauces, I VERY rarely get tiny add ons…. Like I wanted pickle and lettuce on a damn sandwich! Is that really that difficult?! No! I did it 25 years ago and so can they. A worker that gave me attitude, telling me she’s NOT giving me her name and instead pointing to some guy that’s leaving as her boss and I should go ask him…. I spent two decades bartending and waiting tables. These people and their behavior are in no way okay, much less acceptable. And they don’t get half the orders correct. That girl who refused to give her name though. As a doctor, I have to give mine. Not okay.

The food and service were some of the worst from any mcdonalds however the inside was very cool, has some ski chair lifts inside.
