The people at this McDonald's are absolutely incompetent. There's a McDonald's literally a mile from here. Do not waste your time going to this McDonald's. I just drove 30 minutes to this McDonald's. I ordered three things, a double cheeseburger, a six-piece nugget with sweet and sour and a Sprite and they were unable to get any of those things correct. When I arrived home and realized all of my stuff was wrong, (warm flat sprite, so sauce, burger completely wrong) they told me that I'd have to drive back there in order for them to refund my mobile order. Not to mention that those 3 items are like 15$

If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would! I went there this evening to get burger 9:50 pm. I pulled up to order food and I sat there for about 4 or 5 minutes with no one responding so I started driving away and went by drive thru windows and seen 2 workers so I stopped at second window and lady was walking to window so I asked if they were still open she responded yes until 11 . I said oh ok I was just sitting at order speaker and no one was responding. So i said i will drive back around to speaker again I sat there for about 4 minutes and again with no one responding at all . I drive by windows again and both workers on there phone giggling leaning against counter. This time she didn't care to even move to walk up to window. I was upset and wouldn't of wanted them to make my food at that point anyway. I advise everyone to Go to McDonald's in town if you want better food and service.

Where to start, hmm.. ordering at the drive thru went relatively simple. Paying was simple without a problem. The problem began when I was at the pick-up window waiting for the products I paid for. After a few minutes of waiting, the window guy decided to tell me it was going to be a minute and asked me to pull up ahead and wait. So I did so. After about ten minutes, my food came out. The person who brought it out was friendly. But then I got to the food. The burgers were cold, the fries were like eating bricks and the pies were under cooked and cold. Horrible experience. It will be a while before I stop ar this location. They would have to be the only place in town open, and that's still not positive I'd try it again. Please send them some guidance and leadership who knows what they are doing. Save your money folks, try the one in town.

More times than not, including today I don’t get what I paid for. I ordered four 6 piece nuggets and instead they gave me four 4 piece nuggets. Always the excuse someone is new or young as if that’s relevant. I don’t live close enough to go back without the gas costing more than the food (which let’s face it, isn’t that good) this past weekend it was the app not working and deducting the points anyway, with the response of get in touch with the app as they’re not responsible, but whose responsibility is it that you rarely get exactly what you ordered and you shouldn’t have to dig through bags to make sure, but apparently that’s exactly what you MUST do.

worst mcdonald’s, ordered in the drive through and they told us to pull ahead and wait, they will bring out the food. they never brought out our food. we went in to ask where our food was, they forgot. nobody had gloves on, touched our food with bare hands after touching money, do not come here

I go here 5 days a week for lunch when I’m at work and it is never “fast food” it always takes 20+ minutes to get 2 burgers and a drink so by the time I get back to work I don’t have time to eat and they almost never get my order right and it never changes it’s only 2 McDoubles plain add mayonnaise and a drink… at my last trip the guy running the drive through rung up my order wrong and when I told him what it was supposed to be he got it wrong again so I said I’ll just get my coworkers regular McDoubles and my 2 large cokes and he rang the drinks up to be the wrong size and the manager said there’s nothing she can do
