Been going there since they first opened and became a regular. Fantastic food especially the Italian subs they just launched couple weeks ago I'm hooked. Plus Happy Hour Mon-Fri. Best thing this town of Sanford needed.

I come here once a week after work for a drink and slices happy hour deal is amazing! service 10/10 every time! Sarah one of the managers is always there to greet me and make my experience here amazing. very attentive and even during a rush everyone is being taken care of! i’ve been coming in since the grand opening and have always had the best service! pizza has always been cooked to perfection and even the starters are fireeeee! i hope this review helps you decide where to get pizza tonight!

Amazing pizza! The new Italian sub is great! I wish the employees wouldn’t sit at the bar, it leaves no room for guests. Also , they need a real bar tender. But this place is fantastic regardless!
This is not their fault their air conditioning was broken. This is the only person everything else was great!!

Otto's pizza is great, but thus time we ran into a bit of a problem. We ordered 1/2 veggies 1/2 sausage. The cook put sausage on almost 2/3 of pizza, then cut it up, so that there was only one slice of veggies only.

Recommended by a friend as I'm still relatively new. First visit was lunch with my bestie. What a cool vibe. Staff was super friendly and engaging. Let's talk Lunch. Cup Char pepperoni with goat cheese(ricotta substitute..they were out) and hot honey. Delicious. Hands down. Delicious! Second experience was door dash. Pizza was hot and fresh. The desserts are to die for. Fresh baked cookies!

First pizza, no sauce…argument about whether or not sauce comes on the pizza. Customer asks staff to look at menu to see that sauce does come on the pizza. Customer brings back first pizza and asks for remake WITH sauce. Staff gives customer a lesson on what comes on the pizza. Customer says “I know what comes on it, I’ve ordered it multiple times in the past and it always had sauce on it.” Staff tells customer they will remake it exactly how customer got it the first time. Customer asks for sauce on it this time. Customer waits patiently for remade pizza. Customer leaves, they close, still no sauce on the pizza. When your staff is too busy arguing with customers and then remakes it the same way that caused the customer to return it the first time just to prove a point, you’ve got problems. Never again Sanford..I’ll go back to Biddeford where they don’t have “issues” making the pizza the way the menu describes it. Good job!!
