So disappointed with how the manager acted when i had to bring my food back twice because it was made wrong. She riped the food from my hand and said im NOT making another one ! I think its time for another manager..

I was in yesterday. The server was really friendly. The food I thought was good and good value for today's prices. Very few people inside but I liked it. Felt like a 90s throwback and for me that's a win. I will come back soon for another few slices! They probably need to make it clear that its open, the lights inside where very dim so at first it seemed closed.

This place has really struggled the last few years sadly. The staff seem overwhelmed, the managers aren’t friendly, I imagine the owner is disengaged or something. The food itself is disappointing for a chain, it’s like everything but the pizza is microwaved? It’s odd to get cheesesticks where the cheese on top is dry like it’s not actually cheese. When you go to dine in it’s depressing, you can tell the staff are demoralized and they’ll show it in their customer service. You’ll also likely be confused, as the place is always 2 hours out for takeout (which this isnt their fault, but the Pizza Hut app doesn’t warn you of this until after you hit order, what is their fault is it taking 10 minutes on hold to get through to cancel an order just to be hung up on, twice lol) but if you go in you’ll get your food super quick, and takeout orders will be staggered by like half an hour, which is very strange for a pizza place. It’s a chain restaurant right so it’s probably an ownership/management issue. It’s also a chain so this is probably nonsense since they’re most likely both owned by the same person, but if you’re like me and it’s a smallish extra drive, go to Biddo if you’re really in the mood for cheesesticks, at least the cheese there tastes and feels fresh, sometimes?
The driver dropped our food without the drinks we ordered and ran to his car when I asked where our drinks were. We had to drive to the location after waiting 45 min for cold pizza.

Went there on Sunday night at 630 no other costumers in there asked if was open lady yes yes bit then said she didn't feel like taking our orders and said she had enough to do later before closing. I had never been to a pizza hut before I just wanted to try it but never again I was shocked by her rudeness and laziness and she's losing your company money!

This is one of the last Pizza Huts I have seen that are like the ones of the 80s, 90s. Era. Pizza gets a 4 because it’s Pizza Hut, it’s not personal, it’s for Pizza Hut pizza it’s standard, like most chains, it doesn’t vary by state or anything. If I’m picking a chain pizza, this is my go to right now. Inside is not “dirty” it’s OLD, it has extreme nostalgia and it was fun to be inside. Customer service was ok. They were overwhelmed, there were long lines, but maybe because people are coming with this kids, like I was brought to this chain, in California, for the family atmosphere.
