This place has really struggled the last few years sadly. The staff seem overwhelmed, the managers aren’t friendly, I imagine the owner is disengaged or something. The food itself is disappointing for a chain, it’s like everything but the pizza is microwaved? It’s odd to get cheesesticks where the cheese on top is dry like it’s not actually cheese. When you go to dine in it’s depressing, you can tell the staff are demoralized and they’ll show it in their customer service. You’ll also likely be confused, as the place is always 2 hours out for takeout (which this isnt their fault, but the Pizza Hut app doesn’t warn you of this until after you hit order, what is their fault is it taking 10 minutes on hold to get through to cancel an order just to be hung up on, twice lol) but if you go in you’ll get your food super quick, and takeout orders will be staggered by like half an hour, which is very strange for a pizza place. It’s a chain restaurant right so it’s probably an ownership/management issue. It’s also a chain so this is probably nonsense since they’re most likely both owned by the same person, but if you’re like me and it’s a smallish extra drive, go to Biddo if you’re really in the mood for cheesesticks, at least the cheese there tastes and feels fresh, sometimes?

Went there on Sunday night at 630 no other costumers in there asked if was open lady yes yes bit then said she didn't feel like taking our orders and said she had enough to do later before closing. I had never been to a pizza hut before I just wanted to try it but never again I was shocked by her rudeness and laziness and she's losing your company money!

This is one of the last Pizza Huts I have seen that are like the ones of the 80s, 90s. Era. Pizza gets a 4 because it’s Pizza Hut, it’s not personal, it’s for Pizza Hut pizza it’s standard, like most chains, it doesn’t vary by state or anything. If I’m picking a chain pizza, this is my go to right now. Inside is not “dirty” it’s OLD, it has extreme nostalgia and it was fun to be inside. Customer service was ok. They were overwhelmed, there were long lines, but maybe because people are coming with this kids, like I was brought to this chain, in California, for the family atmosphere.
The young man that waited on us was AMAZING; very polite, attentive, and kind. Dining in was a pleasure, and the food was very good.

the atmosphere in there is horrible. the pizza hut in sanford is absolutely terrible. i was dumbfounded by the place. after not being there for two years, the place really fell off. you'd think that i'm being dramatic but i am being one hundred percent serious, the food was wrong and the waitress did not even write down our orders, she must've thought she could've remembered our orders but she was not capable of it. i ordered a stuffed crust personal pan pepperoni pizza. it was just normal crust, the sauce was okay but everything else was just "meh" at best. i also ordered the cheesy garlic breadsticks. the waitress brought out garlic bread and asked if we ordered that. she clearly was not confident in her job. she had to take it back and it took quite some time for the breadsticks to come out, and they weren't even worth it in all honesty. one good thing was that the food was hot, but it was also so hot i had to wait a while for it to cool down. the atmosphere in there is really depressing and i swear that building has been there for way too many decades. however, the staff is not disrespectful or rude as far as i know. i almost feel bad for writing this review, but i just want to warn anyone that chooses to eat there. the food is bad and just barely tolerable, the atmosphere of the building is so gloomy and i would not at all recommend going there. maybe go to paras pizza or house of pizza instead if you want a good meal.

I tried to call and put an online order in. I called Sanford line 4 times and was sent to ‘locations’. I was hung up one once and spoken so rudely to. I will never return here and I’m disgusted with the lack of customer service. All I needed was a simple question answered and was treated so poorly. Never again.

Dining room was closed, the unfortunately failed to notify my wife of this when she called ahead of time for pizza.
Parking: About 8 spaces to park. Not a lot but there is a much larger parking lot for another building adjacent to this Pizza Hut allowing for a quick walk over if need be.

Last week, I ordered the new Hut Box with a personal pizza and fries. It was so good! I wanted it again this week and ordered online. I ordered 2 this time, one for me and one for my son. One was supposed to be with extra sauce and light cheese, the other was supposed to be with regular sauce and regular cheese. When I got there, it looked completely opposite of what I ordered. Come to find out, they can't see these special requests anyway. Definitely need to fix this for online ordering. It took over 40mins to remake my order. Come to find out, they only remade one pizza. My son's was fresh with the light cheese and sauce. Mine was the same pizza that they added a little more cheese to and reheated. It was cold and rubbery when I got home. The fries were also cold. Pretty frustrating after waiting so long. Both pizza should have been remade fresh. Disappointed for sure!
