New owners are skimping on ingredients. My sandwich was practically empty, both ends of a half sub empty, cheddar cheese was about a teaspoon. Four slivers of onion, i had to ask for more. 3 yellow tomatoes. Bought a footlong too, it was also skimped of meat and cheese. It was supposed to have 8 slices of two meats and only had 6, their was only four of the other meat and three triangles if cheese! It says 2x cheese right on the menu!!This was the last time I go there!!

2/12/25 first time eating here after new owners. I honestly never write reviews for any fast food places but this is by far the worst sub I have eaten. The veggies where not fresh at all my bread was hard. I even got sick in the bathroom for 2 hours after eating here… i do not suggest anyone to eat here until they learn food safety here.

2/2/25 me and my wife went to the south Sanford branch, she ordered the blt and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch from the menu. The first thing i noticed was the lettuce was not looking good at all, I mean more then half of the bin was yellow and brown, so I brought it to the gentleman that was serving us and told him that lettuce doesn't look good. He looked and said yeah you want lettuce? I said no the lettuce does not look good it should be changed, he looked back at the lettuce and said yes and shook his head yes. He continued to make the first part of our sandwiches and put them in the toaster. By that time 3 more customers arrived and he started to take the next person's order. Once our sandwiches were ready for vegetables he went toward to ask us what we wanted on them still with out changing the bad lettuce out, my wife then said something about it and he did the same thing with her...yes you want lettuce? He said. he seemed to be acting like there was some sort of language barrier because he kept ignoring the fact on what the lettuce looked like and acting like we we're saying something else. Then my wife said no that lettuce looks rotted. Please change it because I would like fresh lettuce on my sandwich thank you. He looked at her and rolled his eyes like it was a huge issue. So I'm extremely upset about how we we're treated when we asked for something simple and he up right refused to change the lettuce. Also a couple more things that I wasn't happy about was the fact that the chicken bacon ranch has chicken stripes not growned chicken. You used to be able to see the lunch meat from the cooler and now they hide it behind a metal cover so you have no idea what you are ordering any more. I used to love going to subway, but now I think that will be my last visit. I mean if the lettuce looked that bad and it was right in front of you with someone that was refusing to change it, then what am I getting that is conveniently hidden from my eyes. Face it subway here is not subway anymore, I'm sorry

Ordered online: Cold meat, not toasted like it was supposed to. Missing items on sandwiches, somehow no sauces on not one, but TWO sandwiches. Just plain, cold chicken.
Also did not get jalepenos or sub krunch.
Overall just awful and damn near inedible.

Ordered online 1 hour before my pickup time. When I got there the order was not ready. After my order was prepared I ask the girl if she put tomatoes on my wrap because I did not see her put those on there. She said YES she put tomatoes on. Checked the wrap and there was another ingredient missing! Went back to the store for the 3rd time ! When I got home there were NO tomatoes on my wrap!!! Unbelievable!!! Also barely any guacamole This sandwich was so dry I could hardly eat it. Threw most of it away. Checked the other sandwich that I had bought and the tomatoes on that sandwich were so BAD they were not edible. (Pictured below). Tried to call the store to complain of course no one answered the phone! DONT go there! The service is BAD!!!
The two girls working at around 1pm dont know how to read tickets. spicy Italian “Toasted, pepperjack, on Italian herbs and cheese” not toasted had american cheese, and dark hair mixed with the veggies.

We lost power for a couple of days, and my dogs ran out of food (we meal prep chicken and vegetables for them) I called and asked if I could purchase a couple of chicken breast for them since I had no way of cooking. Without hesitation they told me to come to the store and gave me 6 cups of chicken for my dogs. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the woman( I believe her name was Cassie) I worked with. Goes to show there are still amazing people in the world. Thank you Cassie, my Doggos and I are thankful to have worked with you.

Did an online order.Paid a small fortune for 2 sub meal deals. One sub hot cheese steak and a titan turkey. Ordered extra meat on both. Got no extra. Cheese steak was cold. Had to wait 30 mins while they were making subs for customers in line for them to give me my order that sat on counter. They tried to give just the subs despite the orders being meal deals.
