The owner needs to show them how to make a wrap! My friend and I each got a chicken salad wrap! What a disaster! It wasn't folded over on the sides just rolled up and cut in half. Food poured out on both sides. The chicken salad was so runny that it made everything worse. Almost everything was coming out onto the foil. Never had that problem with the South Sanford store.

Springvale ME says open at 8 am. There at 8:15 for breakfast and they were NOT OPEN!!! Doors locked and no lights on!!

Won't attempt to return.

I was very disappointed in the customer service I got tonight by 2 young girls who were CLEARLY eager to end there shift. They were very poorly stocked. Unprepared and just flat out rude! A friend and I each ordered a sandwich and i asked to add another sandwich to my order and i was told no that they had already put the food away. Mind you it was 850pm at that point i looked at the time. And they were supposed to be open until9pm. It was very much inconvenient to them that we even came into the store at all. It was clear they were not interested in helping the customer and making a great sandwich. Worst custo.er service and all around whole experience I've ever had at a subway

My friend loves the place and wanted a sandwich. There was a special for a free one when buying a foot long one so she got the free one for me. I am not a super fan of Subway, but the sandwich was adequate. I much prefer the deli ones handmade at Market Basket.

If I could give a -1 star for service and atmosphere I would. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you want to close at 8:45pm, that’s fine. But don’t advertise that you close at 9pm then have employees refusing to make food at 8:45.
As I was ordering sandwiches and mid order, they told me I couldn’t order a 3rd- 15 minutes BEFORE the advertised closing time. I don’t know what they would’ve done if someone else came in to order food at 8:47- I suppose they would’ve refused them. Not to mention I was never asked if we wanted anything else with that order before they started putting food items away.
It was clear from the moment we walked into the store they were annoyed we had come in at all, we were obviously an inconvenience to them, and they let it be known.
They were rude, no smiles, no eye contact, barely any communication about items they were out of, no communication asking if we had wanted to order anything else before putting food items away. We were quite literally refused service mid way through an order.

I would definitely NOT recommend this subway. Go to the Subway in Sanford instead of Springvale.

We use the app and several times I've asked for extra meat, paid for the extra and I get home and there is no extra meat.Also we usually order 2 cookies and always have to ask about them when we pickup the order.

My husband Ordered online. a garlicy chicken and the boss. They mixed up the toppings. So my toppings were on my husband sandwich and his toppings were on my sandwich Completely different toppings completely different sauce on two with different meats. just gross!!! Highly disappointed in this store and they won’t answer the phone. So my husband is going up there even though he he has to go to work soon.

Ordered 2 subs today online was very specific about what was supposed to be on them and toasted as well. Barely toasted, poorly put together not to mention that my coupon said order online but I couldn't find a spot for the code or a way to enable it to my order.Get there to grab our subs and they were sitting out back? Why would that be?Also tried asking about my coupon because my subs were 30$ and the employee was very short and had some attitude for some reason said I couldn't use the coupon online and couldn't help me out!!? Could have re rang the order in and used my coupon?Idk dumbest experience I've had at a subway.

Ordered a BLT, with mayo only. Got all the way home and found a sandwich with bacon and mayo, only.On return, they quckly and happily repaired the sandwich. Be very specific when ordering.
