We use the app and several times I've asked for extra meat, paid for the extra and I get home and there is no extra meat.Also we usually order 2 cookies and always have to ask about them when we pickup the order.

My husband Ordered online. a garlicy chicken and the boss. They mixed up the toppings. So my toppings were on my husband sandwich and his toppings were on my sandwich Completely different toppings completely different sauce on two with different meats. just gross!!! Highly disappointed in this store and they won’t answer the phone. So my husband is going up there even though he he has to go to work soon.

Ordered 2 subs today online was very specific about what was supposed to be on them and toasted as well. Barely toasted, poorly put together not to mention that my coupon said order online but I couldn't find a spot for the code or a way to enable it to my order.Get there to grab our subs and they were sitting out back? Why would that be?Also tried asking about my coupon because my subs were 30$ and the employee was very short and had some attitude for some reason said I couldn't use the coupon online and couldn't help me out!!? Could have re rang the order in and used my coupon?Idk dumbest experience I've had at a subway.

Ordered a BLT, with mayo only. Got all the way home and found a sandwich with bacon and mayo, only.On return, they quckly and happily repaired the sandwich. Be very specific when ordering.

Says online they are open until 9pm. Went there at 8:15pm and the open sign was off. Went in anyways because it was unlocked and a good 80% of the ingredients were put away. They still served me but I could tell they were trying to close earlier than advertised. I get the feeling the owner of this store does not keep close tabs on his night shift. There was even a sign inside that said they are open until 9pm.

Food was good but the oven did not work properly and they were out of bread, all the customers had to wait 35 minutes for their food. Food is to expensive.

This is the second bad experience from this subway and I don’t think we’ll be back, the first time I ordered just a sub for my husband online and I get there and they say they didn’t have the order, I told them it was pending to come out of my account already and even showed the manager that it was and his response was that it would go back into my account and if not to call him and had me pay for the sub in store, we’ll it came out of my account and I called the store three times to get the round about. So paid $22 for one sub ✌? now this time I come and get subs for my family online and this is what we get? All the subs were made wrong and this sub I paid $10 for yet it only has 4 pieces of meat on it, like no veggies, no dressing. This is just sad. I used to work for subway and if I had given a customer this I would have been ashamed. I know inflation but god I paid $43 tonight for non of the food to be made correctly. And not gonna bother trying to reach out to make it correct sense clearly they don’t care about their customers from previous statement above. So I guess I’ll just stop giving this place my buisness

I went into this Subway particularly I go in every week and by the same sandwich because it's so so delicious but the service people don't act like we are the ones who pay their salaries they let you stand there for a while while you look up at the menu and then look around and then they finally asked you why didn't you needing when you're the first one in line one standing back there fixing trays or whatever and one is fixing sandwiches that came over the line which is understandable recognized me or the customer first and let them know that you will be right with them but otherwise overall it was a great place to eat and I love that sandwich
